Branson, MOJoin us in supporting the VVA #913 Branson chapter’s annual benefit show. A wide variety of local Branson entertainers take the stage for a wonderful show and support a great organization. A late lunch at Lambert’s is included in the cost. Pre-show begins at 6:00 p.m. with the main show starting at 7:00 p.m. A silent auction will also be taking place at the benefit. Hammons Field - Springfield, MOOur annual trip to support our local AA Minor league of the St. Louis Cardinals. Watch an exciting game between the Springfield Cardinals and the Frisco RoughRiders (AA affiliate to the Rangers) from the RedBird Roost. The Redbird Roost comes with unlimited food & soft drinks from the time we arrive ‘til the end of the game. The buffet includes the usual stadium food plus a salad bar. Yaya’s Alpaca Farm - Garden City, MOWe will be visiting Yaya’s Alpaca Farm! Upon our arrival at the farm we will have a picnic lunch before our 1½ hour tour of the farm. On our tour of the farm we will learn about alpacas, where they come from, what they are like, and how people use the fleece. Spend time in the pasture feeding them and spend memorable time with them. So don’t forget to bring your camera. Don’t have grandkids? Not required to go with us on this trip. Did you know that alpacas hum? We will have bingo for the kids and other fun things to do. Maybe even stop for ice cream on our way back home.
