In detail.
The attendance fee includes the conference documents, snacks and refreshments.The registration is binding once confirmed by the organizer in writing.The invoice will be issued after the event.Please note that, because of the limited number of participants, we will need to charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the attendance fee for any cancellation received later than two weeks before the beginning of the event. No part of the attendance fee will be refunded for cancellations received later than one week before the event, or for being absent on the day of the event, or for terminating attendance early.
The event will take place only if the total number of participants reaches a minimum of 10. The organizers reserve the right to substitute speakers and/or to make changes to the program schedule or venue. If an event has to be cancelled for reasons for which TÜV Rheinland LGA Products GmbH is responsible, any further claims, such the reimbursement of travel expenses or hotel accommodation are excluded.
