Die Barcelona Card berechtigt zum freien und reduzierten Eintritt in zahlreiche Museen und Attraktionen der Stadt . Außerdem erhalten Sie Ermäßigungen in zahlreichen Geschäften mit der Shopping Card.

Bitte tragen Sie auf der Vorderseite der Barcelona Card Ihren ersten Nutzungstag mit Uhrzeit ein. Die Karte wird mit dem ersten kostenfreien Besuch aktiviert und gilt dann für die angegebene Anzahl an Stunden.

Folgende 25 interessante Museen können im Gültigkeitszeit-raum einmalig besucht werden (Adresse s. Übersichtstabelle).

Vom Flughafen in die Stadt

Mit dem Hola BCN!-Ticket haben Sie folgende Möglichkeiten vom Flughafen Barcelona-El Prat kostenfrei in die Innenstadt und zurückzufahren:

Rodalies Zug: Die Bahnstation für den Transfer mit dem Rodalies-Zug be-findet sich am Terminal 1. Die Fahrtzeit mit dem Zug in die Innenstadt beträgt etwa 25 Minuten.

Mit dem Bus: Mit dem öffentlichen Bus Nr. 46 des TMB kommen Sie vom Flughafen El Prat ins Stadtzentrum Barcelonas (Plaça Espanya bzw. Avenida Parallel) und zurück. Der Bus startet am Flug-hafen Terminal T1 und hält anschließend auch an Terminal T2B und T2C. Der Bus verkehrt zwischen 4:50 Uhr und 23:50 Uhr im 20-Minuten-Takt und benötigt für eine Strecke etwa 25 – 45 Minuten.

Mit der Metro: Die Metrolinie L9 befindet sich am Terminal 1 und am Terminal 2. Von hier aus gelangen Sie bequem bis hin zur Endstation Zona Universitària. Um von dieser Endstation beispielsweise zum Plaça Catalunya, dem zentralen Platz Barcelonas, zu kommen, wechseln Sie einfach auf die L1 Richtung Hospital de Bellvitge.

3. Eintrittsticket Sagrada Familia

Mit dem Basic Ticket haben Sie freien Eintritt und bevorzug-ten Einlass in Gaudís Sagrada Familia. Kinder bis 10 Jahre haben immer freien Eintritt, benötigen aber ebenfalls eine Eintrittskarte. Besucher unter 16 Jahren müssen von einem Erwachsenen begleitet werden.

Wichtig: Beachten Sie die auf den Tickets angegebene Ein-lasszeit und stellen Sie sicher, dass Sie pünktlich am Eingang sind. Sie erhalten nur während der reservierten Einlasszeit Zutritt.

Anfahrt: Sie erreichen die Sagrada Familia mit der Metro (L5 oder L2, Station Sagrada Familia) oder mit dem Bus (19, 33, 34, 43, 44, 50, 51, B20 oder B24). Gehen Sie zum Ein-gang der Basilica in der Straße „Carrer de la Marina“.

Tipp: Besuchen Sie auch die Krypta, in der Gaudí seine letzte Ruhestätte gefunden hat. Sie liegt direkt neben der Sagrada Familia und ist kostenfrei.

4. Barcelona City Pass Ticket

Das Barcelona City Pass Ticket erhalten Sie mit Ihrer Bu-chung. Bitte entnehmen Sie der Übersichttabelle, bei wel-chen Angeboten der Stadt das Ticket für freien Eintritt oder Ermäßigungen eingesetzt werden kann.

Lassen Sie den Code beim zuständigen Personal abscannen (Wichtig: behalten Sie Ihr Ticket für die weiteren Besuche und beachten Sie die besonderen Nutzungshinweise.)

Erleben Sie eine 40 minütige Hafenrundfahrt und erhalten Sie Eindrücke aus einer anderen Perspektive. Genießen Sie auch die 360° Panorama-Aussicht vom Mirador de Colom, dem berühmten Kolumbusdenkmal am Hafen.

Eine geführte Tour durch das gotische Viertel ist ebenfalls im Ticket inbegriffen. Die Stadtführung gibt Ihnen zahlrei-che Hintergrundinformationen zur Geschichte Barcelonas und führt Sie durch die Altstadt. Antoni Gaudí ist eine der bekanntesten Persönlichkeiten Barcelona's und gilt auch heute noch als bedeutendster Künstler der katalanischen Modernisme (Kunstbewegung). Viele Museen und Ausstellungen sind ihm gewidmet. Ein Besuch in Barcelona lässt sich sehr gut mit der Erkundung seiner Werke und seinem Leben verbinden. Die Font Màgica – Wasserspiele im Brunnen vor dem Natio-nalpalast am Plaça Espanya zählen zu den abendlichen High-lights der Stadt. Den Zuschauer erwartet hier eine magische, 15-minütige Show mit Wasser, Farben und Musik – kostenlos! 1. Apr – 31. Mai &1. Okt – 31 Okt: Do – Sa 21 – 22 Uhr; 1. Jun – 30. Sep: Mi – So 21:30 – 22:30 Uhr (außer 29. Sep) & 1. Nov – 31. Mrz Do – Sa 20 – 21 Uhr. Im Zeitraum vom 6. Jan bis zum 16. Feb finden keine Schauspiele statt.Steigen Sie für einen atemberaubenden Ausblick auf die Stadt auf die Burg Castell del Monjuïc (die Gondel kostet.) Wir empfehlen einen Abstecher auf den Friedhof Cementiri de Montjuïc. Einen guten Ausblick haben Sie auch von der Dacht-errasse des La Monumental, der einstigen Stierkampfarena der Stadt, in welcher jetzt ein Einkaufszentrum untergebracht ist. Auch der Hausberg von Barcelona, der Tibidabo sowie der Park Güell bieten einen traumhaften Blick über die Stadt, Umland und Meer. Für Traditionsbegeisterte ist der Besuch einer Flamencoshow ein Muss – besuchen Sie das Tablao de Carmen (Avinguda de Francesc Ferrer i Guàrdia 13). Sie erhalten 20% Rabatt auf den Eintritt und können neben der Show auch leckere Speisen und Getränke genießen. Für Flamenco Shows ohne Essen und Trinken empfehlen wir die Location Los Tarantos (Plaça Reial 17).

Tradition ist auch der Sardana Tanz, ein katalanischer Volks-tanz, der von einer Gruppe von Musikern begleitet wird. Er-leben Sie das Spektakel zum Beispiel hier: am Plaça Jaume (Sonntagnachmittag) sowie auf dem Vorplatz der Catedral de Barcelona im Barri Gòtic (Samstagnachmittag).

Vorsicht Taschendiebe!

Barcelona gilt aufgrund verstärkter Polizeipräsenz als recht sichere Stadt. Dennoch ist hier, wie in anderen Großstädten, Vorsicht vor Taschendieben geboten. Achten Sie bei grö-ßeren Menschenansammlungen auf Ihre Wertgegenstände. Wertsachen, die Sie während Ihres Aufenthalts vor Ort nicht benötigen, sollten Sie im Hotelsafe aufbewahren. Ein weiterer Tipp: fertigen Sie Kopien von Ihren Ausweisdokumenten an und nehmen Sie diese stattdessen mit oder senden Sie sich einen Scan Ihrer Dokumente per E-Mail zu. Im Notfall kann Ihnen das viel Zeit und Nerven sparen.

Please fill in the first day and time of usage on the front side of your card. The card gets activated the first time you use it and will be valid for the specified time.

From the airport to the city

The Hola BCN! ticket includes the following options to get from Barcelona’s airport El Prat to the city center and vice versa.

By train (Rodalies): The Rodalies train station is located at terminal 1. The ride to the city center will take about 25 minutes by train.

By bus: The public bus number 46 of TMB will take you from the airport El Prat to the city center of Barcelona (Plaça Espanya at Avenida Paral•lel) and back. The bus starts at the airport Terminal T1 as well as Terminal T2B and T2C. It operates between 4:50 am and 11:50 pm in 20-minute intervals. The estimated travel time for this distance is about 25 – 45 minutes.

By Metro: Metro L9 is located at Terminal 1 and Terminal 2. From there, you can get to the final station Zona Universitària without difficulty. In order to get to Plaça Catalunya, Barcelona’s most central place, change trains to L1 (direction Hospital de Bellvitge).

3. Ticket Sagrada Familia

The basic ticket guarantees direct access and free admis-sion to Gaudí’s Sagrada Familia. Children up to 10 years have free admission but do need a ticket. Visitors under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

NOTE: Please pay attention to the visiting time on your tick-ets and make sure that you arrive at the entrance in time.

How to get there: You can reach the Sagrada Familia by metro (L5 and L2, station Sagrada Familia) or by bus (19, 33, 34, 43, 44, 50, 51, B20 or B24). Go to the Basilica’s entrance at “Carrer de la Marina” street.

Tip: Also visit the Crypt which is located next to the Sagrada Familia (The entrance is free).

The Font Màgica - is a fountain located at the national pal-ace, (Plaça Espanya) displaying water shows in the evening. Expect a magical, 15-minute colorful water show with mu-sic – for free! From 1st Apr – 31st May & 1st Oct – 31st Oct: Thu – Sat 9 – 10pm, 1st Jun – 30th Sep: Wed – Sun: 9:30 – 22:30pm (except 29th Sep) & 1st Nov – 31st Mar: Thu – Sat 8 – 9pm. During 6th January and 16th February the water show is on a break.Hike up the Castell del Montjuïc (by foot, extra charge for gondolas) to enjoy a breathtaking view over the city. We also recommend doing a small detour to the cemetery Ce-mentiri de Montjuïc. Another spot to revel in the view of the city is the rooftop terrace of La Monumental. The former bullfighting arena, now a popular shopping mall, offers a unique 360 degree lookout over the city. The local moun-tain Tibidabo and the Park Güell offer a fantastic view over the surrounding area and the sea. If you are interested in Spanish tradition, a flamenco show is a must see – a popu-lar flamenco restaurant is the Tablao de Carmen (Avinguda de Francesc Ferrer I Guàrdia, 13) where you can savor food and drinks. You will receive a 20% discount on the entrance fee. If you are only interested in a flamenco show, we rec-ommend the shows at Los Tarantos (Plaça Reial 17). Another tradition is the Sardana dance, a Catalan circle dance accompanied by a group of musicians. There are two famous spots in Barcelona where you can experience this cultural dance: at Plaça Jaume I (Sunday afternoon) and on the courtyard of the Catedral de Barcelona in the Barri Got-ic district (Saturday afternoon).

Caution please, pickpockets!

Due to an increased police presence, Barcelona is a fairly safe city. Yet as in other major cities, there are pickpockets. Therefore, pay attention to your valuables and belongings especially in crowded places. Leave the valuables you do not need onsite at your hotel.
