* Die Tiere zeigten nur dann einen Rficklauf yon gaUigem Duodenalsaft in den Magen, sobald sich eine Hyperthermie yon fiber x ~ C einstellte. Auch bei ganz niedriger AuBentemperatur (2--3 ~ C) kommt dieser gallige Rficklauf zustande und ist ein Ausdruck der mangelhaften SchluBfiihigkeit des Pylorus unter diesen extremen Klimaverh/iltnissen. ** Herrn Prof. PEEMOLLER sehulde ich fiir /Jberlassung des Schwitzraumes im Badehaus des Krankenhauses Eppendorf grogen Dank.

Besonde r s diese B e f u n d e a m M e n s c h e n zeigen deu t l i ch , d a b die M a g e n s a f t a b s c h e i d u n g in e inem k i ins t l i chen T r o p e n - k l i m a ge s t6 r t ist. W ~ h r e n d des Ve r suches ze ig ten die U n t e r - s u c h t e n ke ine H y p e r t h e r m i e ( R e c t a l t e m p e r a t u r ) , d agegen k a m es zur E r h 6 h u n g i h r e r H a u t t e m p e r a t u r . E i n groBer Tei l des B lu tes k re i s t in den H a u t c a p i l l a r e n , wXhrend das S p l a n c h n i c u s - geb ie t im T r o p e n k l i m a blut~trmer sein wi rd ; d a d u r c h ver~tnder t s ich die F u n k t i o n de r B a u c h o r g a n e .

Das Ver/ahren ist das /olgende:
\Vir messen 2 - - 3 ccm Sulfosal icyls~ure in je zwei kle inen E p r o u v e t t e n mi t f lachem, geschl i f fenen Boden ab. In die ers te k o m m t I c e m L iquor oder eine andere eiweiBhaltige Flfissigkeit . I s t der EiweiBgehal t schAtzungsweise h6he r als o,6 rag, muB die L 6 s u n g ve rd f inn t werden. I n die zweite E p r o u v e t t e se tzen wir t ropfenweise eine EiweiS16sung zu , deren Kon zen t r a t i o n wir kennen. Dazu is t eine Mikrobfi re t te , P ipe t t e (oder evtl . eine Tropfenf lasche) geeignet . Sind die T r i i bungen in den zwei E p r o u - v e t t e n gleich, da lm t iest m a n den Stand der Bflrette oder P ipe t t e ab u n d die v e r b r a u c h t e EiweiBmenge, g ib t den Eiweil3gehalt der zu prf i fenden L6sung. Den g le ichen Grad der T r f ibungen k an n m a n g u t fests te l len, wenn m a n d u r c h die E p r o u v e t t e n die gleiehen B u c h s t a b e n be t r ach t e t , oder noeh besser, wenn m a n die zwei Ep ro u - ve t t en in e inen eigens dazu k o n s t r u i e r t e n A p p a r a t e insetzt .
