EMI-SAFEUnser neues, patentiertes Stecksystem revolutioniert die gängigen Stecksysteme für elektro-magnetisch verträgliche Verbindungen:
Wie ein Safe umschließen dabei zwei symmetrische Gehäuseschalen die Steckverbindung und bilden mit dem Steckverbinder eine geschlossene Verbindung. Mit dieser innovativen Gehäusekonstruktion bietet EMI-SAFE eine hervorragende 360°-EMV-Abschirmung – und mehr.
Die Gehäuseschalen des EMI-SAFEs bestehen aus hochwertigem, leitfähigem Zinkdruckguss. Zudem sind Geometrie und Materialstärke der beiden Schalen absolut identisch, so entstehen keine Undichtigkeiten im Nahtbereich.
Den EMI-SAFE bieten wir mit DVI-Stecker und mit drei verschiedenen crimpfähigen Kabelausgängen an. Bei der Montage wird der Stecker per Clip im Gehäuse fest fixiert, ohne dass Löten oder der Einsatz von Werkzeug erforderlich sind. Danach wird die Gehäusehaube durch das Verzahnungssystem fest verschlossen – und lässt sich zur Fehlerkorrektur unkompliziert wieder öffnen.
Wir haben den EMI-SAFE in enger Kooperation mit einem deutschen Ingenieurbüro entwickelt und patentieren lassen.

The housing shells of EMI SAFE are made of high-quality, conductive zinc die-cast. In addition, the geometry and material thickness of the two shells are absolutely identical, so there occur no leaks in the seam area.
EMI-SAFE is available with a DVI plug, and three different crimpable cable outlets. During assembly, the plug is firmly fixed in the housing by a clip, without the need for soldering or the use of tools. The housing cover is tightly closed by the special toothing system - and can be reopened easily for error correction.
We developed and patented EMI-SAFE in close cooperation with a German engineering office.
