Fabrics Engineered to Perfection
Die SATTLER-Gruppe wird seit der Gründung im Jahre 1875 von der Familie geführt, nunmehr bereits in der fünften Generation. Als Handelsunternehmen in Graz gegründet, wurde nach einigen Jahren die eigene Produktion aufgenommen. Zunächst in Gössendorf und danach in Rudersdorf, beides auch heute noch die Produktionsstandorte in Österreich.
In den 1960-er Jahren erfolgte die Umstellung auf synthetische Fasern und
neue Ausrüstungs- und Beschichtungsverfahren. Damit verbunden waren die
Aufnahme der Exporttätigkeit und die Eroberung neuer Märkte.
Heute präsentiert sich die Sattler Gruppe als weltweit tätiges Unternehmen
mit der Zielsetzung in den jeweiligen Geschäftsfeldern eine führende Position
einzunehmen. Neben dem Hauptsitz in Gössendorf, AT verfügt das Unternehmen
heute über drei weitere Produktionsstätten in Rudersdorf (AT) in Greven (DE)
und in Hudson, USA.
EN ITThe SATTLER-Group has been a family-owned company since 1875, now in the fifth generation. Founded as a trading company in Graz Sattler started production several years later, first in Gössendorf and then in Rudersdorf, both still
today production sites in Austria.
During the 1960s the company converted to synthetic fibres
and to new finishing and coating techniques. In addition, it
started to rely on export and the conquering of new markets.
Today the Sattler Group presents itself as an internationally
active company with the goal of taking a leading position in
all relevant fields of business. In addition to our headquarters
in Gössendorf there are three more production plants: one in
Rudersdorf (AT), in Greven (DE) and in Hudson (USA).
Fondata a Graz come impresa commerciale, dopo alcuni anni viene incorporata una propria produzione. Gössendorf e poi Rudersdorf sono entrambi ancora oggi i siti di produzione in Austria.
Negli anni ’60 avviene il cambiamento verso le fibre sintetiche e
nuovi processi di finissaggio e di spalmatura. Attività collegate
erano quelle di export e la conquista di nuovi mercati.
Oggi il Gruppo Sattler è un’azienda attiva a livello globale
che punta a diventare leader nei vari settori commerciali.
L‘impresa dispone, accanto alla sede principale a Gössendorf
in Austria, anche di altre tre sedi di produzione: a Rudersdorf
(AT), a Greven, Germania, e a Hudson in North Carolina, USA.

ES FREl Grupo SATTLER cuenta con más de 140 años de historia. Desde su constitución en 1875, la empresa está dirigida por la familia, ahora ya por la quinta generación. Fundada como empresa comercial en Graz, absorbió tras algunos años la propia producción. En un principio en Gössendorf y luego en Rudersdorf, ambos siguen siendo los
emplazamientos de producción en Austria.
En los años 60 se llevó a cabo la conversión a fibras sintéticas
y a nuevos procedimientos de cobertura y apresto. Vinculado
a ello, incorporamos actividades de exportación y la conquista
de nuevos mercados.
Hoy el Grupo Sattler se presenta como empresa internacional
con el objetivo de posicionarse como líder en cada una de sus
áreas de negocio. Además de la sede principial en Gössendorf (AT),
la empresa dispone de tres lugares de producción adicona-
les: en Rudersdorf (AT), en Greven (DE) y en Hudson, Carolina
del Norte (USA).
Depuis sa fondation en 1875, la société est restée une société familiale dirigée désormais par sa cinquième génération. La société SATTLER a été fondée à Graz en tant qu’entreprise commerciale, qui a développé après quelques années ses propres sites de production, tout d´abord à Graz-Gössendorf puis à Rudersdorf. Ce sont encore aujourd’hui les
deux sites de production en Autriche.
Dans les années 60, l’entreprise s´oriente vers les fibres
synthétiques et de nouveaux procédés de traitement et
d´ennoblissement. C´est alors que se développent les activités
à l´export et l´acquisition de nouveaux marchés.
Le groupe Sattler se présente aujourd’hui comme entreprise
présente dans le monde entier. Il se propose comme but de se
positionner comme leader dans chaque domaine d’activité.
La société dispose en plus de son siège à Gössendorf,
Autriche de 3 autres sites de production : à Rudersdorf, Au-
triche, à Greven, Allemagne et à Hudson, Caroline du Nord,
aux États-Unis.
