5. To download the Response Report, click on the ‘DOWNLOADS’ button at thetop. Then, click on the ‘Response Report’ box.You can download previous years’ reports by clicking on the buttons providedat the top-right corner of the page.

ACTION TAKEN REPORT

The following activities were conducted as a part of the Swatchhta drive

1 . Removal of unwanted / old materials, rearranging of things and placing them in theirassigned places .

2 . Cleanliness of staircases, class rooms, library , laboratories , play ground and gamescourts .

3 . Disposal of waste papers, old books and old furniture.

4. Students participated actively in the cleanliness drive.

5. A cleanliness committee has been setup to monitor the effective execution of thecleanliness drive throughout the year.

6. Cleaning the platform of Pattabiram Military siding Railway station , train by scouts &Guides and Class VIII student

d) Use of Bio gas plant for use in Chemistry lab

2 August –September

Creation of Organic Farm, Children’s Park and

2019 Science Park in the Secondary Section. Maintainedwith Class wise duty.

Herbal Garden was created in October 2019 and beingmaintained. Primary Children are maintaining the herbalGarden.

Class Room Garden is introduced. Students have broughtone plant each and maintain them in the class room.
