We would like to congratulate your school on the successful submission of GSP Audit 2019.Your efforts of completing and submitting the audit are commendable. We hope that theaudit process was enriching for the students as well as the rest of the school community.

We are pleased to inform you that you can now access your school’s GSP Audit 2019Response Report. This report is a collation of the responses provided by the school to theaudit questions. We suggest that you save a copy of the Response Report for futurereference.

To download the Response Report, log in to your school’s unique GSP Dashboard. Hereyou can see your school’s responses to critical questions at a glance, for easy reference.The data provided is of the years that the school’s GSP audit reports have been submittedonline. If you completed and submitted the GSP Audit in previous years, you will be able tosee the reports and certificates of those years too, here. We hope that the Year-on-Yeardata will not only help you to benchmark your resource consumption by allowingcomparisons but also improve your resource efficiency over the years and keep a check onyour school’s Green ratings.

To view your school’s dashboard and Response Report, please follow the stepsbelow:

2. Log in using your GSP Audit username (coordinator’s ID) and password3. On the HOME page, you will see your school’s GSP Audit profile details4. As you scroll down, you will be able to see the School Dashboard which has

the six sections of the GSP Audit – Air, Energy, Food, Land, Water, andWaste. Each section reflects year-wise data as provided by you. For example,if you click on Air, it will take you to another window where the data for criticalquestions in the Air section, as provided by you will be shown

5. To download the Response Report, click on the ‘DOWNLOADS’ button at thetop. Then, click on the ‘Response Report’ box.You can download previous years’ reports by clicking on the buttons providedat the top-right corner of the page.

Please note that you will be notified as soon as the Performance Reports and DigitalCertificates for GSP Audit 2019 are available. Please stay tuned to our emails and GSPwebsite for the results of GSP Audit 2019.

Cleaning the PTMS Railway station

ACTION TAKEN REPORT

The following activities were conducted as a part of the Swatchhta drive

1 . Removal of unwanted / old materials, rearranging of things and placing them in theirassigned places .

2 . Cleanliness of staircases, class rooms, library , laboratories , play ground and gamescourts .

3 . Disposal of waste papers, old books and old furniture.

4. Students participated actively in the cleanliness drive.

5. A cleanliness committee has been setup to monitor the effective execution of thecleanliness drive throughout the year.

6. Cleaning the platform of Pattabiram Military siding Railway station , train by scouts &Guides and Class VIII student

The following activities were conducted in Harit Vidyalaya1 April –July
