The following internal references can automatically be imported: • EAN numbers • OE numbers • utility numbers • cross-reference numbers • alternative references • alternative articles • match codes Besides the references you can also independently add the following types of information to the articles: • photos • videos • audio data • PDF files (e.g. with 3D models, instruction manuals, installation guides, test logos) • weblinks Additional data like photos, videos, audio or pdfs are not hos- ted by DVSE. Therefore, we merely need the accordant web or internet link, where the files can be accessed. As a matter of course, additional information will exclusively be displayed in your own catalogs, which allows you to enhance your competitiveness and the attractiveness of your catalog even further. When using the function „reference+“, additionally imported information will be displayed in a separate field/window, so that the difference between standard data and your exclusive additions also becomes visually recognizable. As an alternative to these import options, you can manage additional article information in our Information Management System (IMS).
