Hamburg hat einen guten Lauf. Im Januar eröffnete mit der Elbphilharmonie eines der spektakulärsten Konzerthäuser der Welt. Im Juni löste Hamburg

Berlin als deutsche Gründerhauptstadt ab, und im Juli einigten sich die mächtigsten Staatschefs der Welt beim G20-Gipfel in Hamburg auf die Grundzüge einer Neuord-nung des Welthandels. Und vor wenigen Tagen ging mit dem European XFEL eine einzigartige Forschungsanlage in Betrieb.

Die positive Entwicklung der Hansestadt insgesamt schafft auch attraktive Möglichkeiten für die Immo bilien-wirtschaft. Mit dem Elbtower am Rande der HafenCity entsteht Hamburgs erster Wolkenkratzer und vielleicht ein weiteres Wahrzeichen für unsere Hansestadt. Die Entwicklung des Hamburger Ostens und das ehrgeizige Wohnungsbauprogramm des Hamburger Senats bieten der Immobilienbranche weitere Chancen.

Die Immobilienwirtschaft ist für den Hamburger Senat ein strategischer Partner bei der Entwicklung der Stadt. Um die Zusammenarbeit mit der Stadt zu vereinfachen, haben wir die HWF Hamburgische Gesellschaft für Wirt-schafts förderung zur One Stop Agency für Investitionen ausgebaut. Sie firmiert künftig unter der Dachmarke „Hamburg Invest“ und übernimmt die gesamte Ver-marktung städtischer Gewerbe- und In dustrie flächen – von der Flächenentwicklung über die Werbung und die Kunden ansprache bis zum Kaufvertrag. So wird die Wirt-schaft effi zienter und zielgerichteter mit Gewerbeflächen versorgt.

Hamburg has had a good run. In January, the Elbphil-harmonie, one of the world’s most spectacular con-cert halls, opened its doors to the public. In June,

Hamburg outperformed Berlin as Germany’s number one location for start-ups, and in July the world’s leading heads of state and government agreed on the fundamentals of reorganising world trade during the G20 summit in Ham-burg. Only a few days ago, the European XFEL, a unique research facility located in Hamburg, went into operation.

This overall positive trend experienced by Hamburg also creates attractive opportunities for the real estate sector. With the Elbtower project on the edge of the HafenCity district, Hamburg’s very first skyscraper, and perhaps even a further landmark, is taking shape. The development of Hamburg’s east and the Hamburg Senate’s ambitious resi-dential housing scheme will add further opportunities for the real estate sector.

For the Hamburg Senate, the real estate industry is a strate-gic partner in urban development. To streamline collabora-tion with the City of Hamburg, we have now developed the HWF Hamburg Business Development Corporation into a one-stop agency for investment. In future, the enterprise will operate under the umbrella brand of “Hamburg Invest” and will be responsible for marketing the city’s municipal commercial and industrial spaces – offering services that range from land development and advertisement to cus-tomer contact and purchase agreements. This will ensure that the business sector will be provided with commercial real estate in an even more efficient and targeted way.

Zukunft baut auf Tradition

Der Hamburger Hafen verfügt über eine mehr als 1.000- jährige Tradition als Handelsplatz, auf dem neue Pro-dukte und Ideen große Verbreitung fanden. Hier war die Keimzelle für die Entwicklung zum Produktions-standort. Seit dem Beginn der industriellen Revolution in der zweiten Hälfte des 18. Jahrhunderts wurde aus der Kaufmannsstadt deshalb auch ein bedeutender Industriestandort. Sie brachte Hamburg eine stark be-schleunigte Entwicklung von Technik, Produktivität und Forschung. Damals entstand das Fundament für das moderne Hamburg.Und heute, wo die Digitalisierung eine neue industriel-le Revolution in Gang gesetzt hat, ist Hamburg wieder ganz vorn dabei, die neuen technischen Möglichkeiten zum Wohl der Hamburgerinnen und Hamburger zur Entwicklung neuer Verfahren und Produkte zu nutzen. Der breit aufgestellte Industriestandort bildet hierfür ein solides Fundament. In Hamburg baut Zukunft auf Tradition.

Rückenwind für Forschung

Auch im Hinblick auf seine Forschungsinstitute ist Hamburg ein herausragender Innovationsinkubator. Die Stadt Hamburg hat in den letzten Jahren enorme Anstrengungen unternommen, um diese noch zu stär-ken. Highlight ist der am 1. September 2017 eingeweih-te European XFEL. Er erzeugt ultrakurze Laserlichtblitze

im Röntgenbereich – 27.000-mal in der Sekunde und mit einer Leuchtstärke, die milliardenfach höher ist als die der besten Röntgenstrahlungsquellen herkömm-licher Art. Die Anlage hat weltweit einzigartige Eigen-schaften und eröffnet völlig neue Fo rschungs mög-lich keiten für Naturwissenschaftler und industrielle An wender. Sie katapultiert Hamburg in die Champions League der Forschung. Elf europäische Länder sind am European XFEL beteiligt und haben gemeinsam rund 1,5 Milliarden Euro investiert.

Damit der XFEL nicht als einsamer Leuchtturm der Forschungslandschaft wirkt, hat der Hamburger Se-nat eine enorme Kraftanstrengung gestartet, um neue Forschungsinstitute anzusiedeln und bestehen de aus-zubauen. Die Technische Universität Hamburg (TUHH) beispielsweise hat Forschungsschwerpunkte in den Kompetenzfeldern Green Technologies, Life Science Technologies sowie Aviation and Maritime Systems. An der HAW Hamburg ist das Competence Center für Erneuerbare Energien und Energieeffizienz mit einem Energie-Campus angedockt. Von Weltruf ist der For-schungscampus in Bahrenfeld: Dort sind Einrichtungen wie das Deutsche Elektronen-Synchrotron (DESY), in dem das stärkste Röntgenlicht der Welt erzeugt wird, angesiedelt. Auch Teile des European XFEL, das Cen-ter for Structural Systems Biology und das Center for Hy brid Nanostructures der Universität Hamburg sitzen hier. Gerade wurde hier auch der Grundstein für den Neubau des Max-Planck-Instituts für Struktur und Dy-namik der Materie gelegt, und die Hansestadt wurde Sitzland des Deutschen Zentrums für Luft- und Raum-fahrt (DLR). Sie alle tragen dazu bei, dass Hamburg auch in Zukunft die Heimat innovativer Unternehmen und weltweit erfolgreicher Produkte bleibt.

It generates ultra short X-ray flashes.

the City of Hamburg has made tremendous efforts in strengthening its research landscape. As part of these efforts, existing facilities have been expanded, and new facilities have been set up in collaboration with interna-tionally renowned partners.

A special highlight here is the European XFEL, that was launched on 1 September 2017. It produces ultra-short laser light pulses in the X-ray region – with a rate of 27,000 pulses per second and a light that is a billion times brighter than that of conventional synchrotron light sources. The facility has unique features and will open up entirely new research opportunities for science and industry. The XFEL thus catapults Hamburg into the

Champions League of science. Eleven European coun-tries are involved in the European XFEL project and have jointly invested some 1.5 billion euros.

To prevent the XFEL from being a “solitary lighthouse” in Hamburg’s research landscape, the Hamburg Sen-ate has undertaken enormous efforts to attract new re-search facilities and expand existing ones. The research focus of the Hamburg University of Technology (TUHH), for instance, lies on green technologies, life science technologies, as well as aviation and maritime sys-tems. And the Hamburg University of Applied Sciences (HAW Hamburg) is home to the Competence Center for Renewable Energies and Energy Efficiency, which also includes an affiliated energy campus.

The quarter of Bahrenfeld is home to a world-renowned research campus that includes facilities such as the Ger-man Electron Synchrotron (DESY), in which the world's most powerful X-ray light is produced. What is more, units of the European XFEL, as well as the Center for Structural Systems Biology and the University of Ham-burg’s Center for Hybrid Nanostructures are also lo-cated here. Most recently, the foundation stone for the new building of the Max Planck Institute for Structure and Dynamics of Matter was laid here, and the head of-fices of the German Aerospace Center (DLR) are now lo-cated in Hamburg. All of this will ensure that Hamburg continues to be the home of innovative businesses and globally successful products.

Port cities around the globe are the ultimate driv-ers of innovation. Not only goods are handled here, but also fresh ideas. Ports are platforms for

ideas that are subsequently translated into innovations.

A future built on tradition

The port of Hamburg has been trading and disseminat-ing new products and ideas for more than one thou-sand years, and the port served as the breeding ground for the city’s emergence as a production location. Ever since the rise of the industrial revolution in the second half of the 18th century, this traditional merchants’ town gradually turned into a major industrial location

too. In the course of this, technology, productivity and research advanced at a rapid pace.Today, as digitisation has initiated a new industrial revolution, Hamburg is once again ahead of the game when it comes to leveraging new technological oppor-tunities for the benefit of Hamburg’s residents and for developing new processes and products. With its broad industry base, Hamburg provides a solid foundation for this. In Hamburg, the future is built on tradition.

Ausgründungen aus Hochschulen und For-schungseinrichtungen sind wichtige Quel-len für Innovationen. Allerdings brauchen

diese Start-ups ein wirt schaftsorientiertes Umfeld, in dem sie sich gemeinsam mit anderen Gründun-gen befruchten, Synergien nutzen können und auch Unterstützung bei der Etablierung professioneller Unternehmensstrukturen erfahren. Forschungs- und Innovationsparks (F&I) sind deshalb oft der ideale Nährboden für die Weltmarktführer von mor-gen. Von einer Überlebensquote von 90 Prozent der Unternehmen in Innovationszentren berichtet daher der Bundesverband Deutscher Innovations-, Techno logie- und Gründerzentren e. V. (BVIZ).

In Hamburg entsteht deshalb derzeit ein Netz von Forschungs- und Innovationsparks (F&I), initi-iert vom Hamburger Senat. Sie bieten ausgehend von einem wissenschaftlichen Anker Gewerbe-flächen für innovationsorientierte Unternehmen, Forschungs einrichtungen und Existenzgründer. Die Parks sind an unterschiedlichen Forschungs- und Entwicklungsschwerpunkten ausgerichtet und schaffen mit der Abbildung von Wertschöpfungs-ketten Synergien. Aktuell sind in der Hansestadt drei F&I-Parks zu den Schwerpunkten Life Sciences, Lasertechnologie und Green Technologies geplant. Ein vier ter F&I-Park im Umfeld der Luftfahrtindus-trie besteht bereits.

Auch die Immobilienbranche engagiert sich. Auf dem Gelände von Arne Webers Bauunternehmen HC Hage-mann im Harburger Binnenhafen tut sich etwas: Zwi-schen Blohmstraße und Ziegelwiesenkanal starten die ersten Arbeiten zum Projekt Hamburg Innovation Port (HIP), einem neuen Forschungs- und Technologiezen-trum. Ab 2018 sollen 8.000 Quadratmeter Büro- und Forschungsfläche für Unternehmen, Gründer wie auch für den Erweiterungsbedarf der Technischen Universi-tät Hamburg zur Verfügung stehen. Insgesamt soll der HIP eines Tages auf einer Fläche von 70.000 Quadrat-metern Raum für mehr als 3.000 Arbeitsplätze bieten.

Spin-offs from universities and research facilities are important sources of innovation. However, it is crucial for such start-ups to have an industry-

oriented environment that allows them to jointly grow with other new enterprises, to harness synergies and to receive support in establishing professional busi-ness structures. Therefore, research and innovation (R&I) parks tend to provide the ideal breeding ground for tomorrow's world market leaders. According to the German Association of Innovation, Technology and Business Incubation Centres (BVIZ), the survival rate of companies located in innovation centres tallies in at 90 per cent.Against this background, the Hamburg Senate is cur-rently initiating a network of R&I parks in Hamburg. Based on a market-oriented approach, these parks offer commercial spaces for innovative companies, research facilities and new entrepreneurs. These parks cover dif-ferent research and development areas and will create

synergies by addressing the relevant value chains. The current planning agenda includes the development of three R&I parks in Hamburg in the areas of life sciences, laser technology, and green technologies. A fourth R&I park for the aviation industry has already been estab-lished.Hamburg’s real estate sector is also quite active, and things are really moving on the premises of Arne We-ber's construction company, HC Hagemann, at the Har-burg upriver port. In the area between Blohmstrasse and Ziegelwiesenkanal, works on the Hamburg Innova-tion Port (HIP) project, a research and technology centre,

are now in full swing. From 2018 onwards, 8,000 square metres of office and research spaces will be available for companies, founders and for potential extensions to the Hamburg University of Technology (TUHH). Once completed, the HIP will accommodate more than 3,000 work spaces on an area of 70,000 square metres.

What is more, the city on the River Elbe has a long tradi-tion of translating good ideas into successful products. Die erfolgreiche Entwicklung setzt sich weiter fort mit dem Strandkai, in dessen Westen ab Ende des Jahres nahezu rund 500 Wohnungen entstehen. Das bei weitem größte private Bauvorhaben ist das südliche Übersee-quartier. Großstädtisch und zugleich besucherintensiv, entstehen im Überseequartier rund 6.100 Arbeitsplätze. 23 Prozent der Flächen sind Einzelhandelsflächen, dazu kommen Flächen für Gastronomie, Entertainment, Büro, Hotel, ein vertikal organisiertes Kreuzfahrtterminal so-wie circa 1.100 Wohnungen. Ab 2019 errichtet direkt am Lohsepark zudem der mittlerweile ausgewählte Bauherr Warburg-HIH Invest Real Estate über seine Projektent-wicklungsgesellschaft HIH einen Neubau für das renom-mierte Verlagshaus Gruner + Jahr.

Neue Arbeitswelten, hohe Innovationskraft im Osten der HafenCity

Eine hohe Innovationskraft geht von den östlichen Quar-tieren aus. Sukzessive starten am Baakenhafen 2017 und 2018 die Bauarbeiten für mindestens zehn weitere Pro-jekte, im Frühjahr 2018 ziehen die ersten Bewohner ans Wasser, und das erste Hotel nimmt seinen Betrieb auf. Drei weitere Grundstücke, auf denen fünf Gebäude in attraktiver wasserseitiger Lage zum Baakenhafen mit insgesamt rund 300 Wohneinheiten, Büro und Gewerbe

entstehen sollen, wurden im Spätsommer 2017 ausge-lobt. Damit sind für gut 2.300 Wohnungen alle Wohnbau-grundstücke im Quartier Baakenhafen am Markt platziert.

An den Elbbrücken geben die ersten Anhandgaben die urbane Intensität des östlichsten HafenCity-Standorts vor. Während zwei Berufsgenossenschaften ab 2018 ihr gemeinsames Präventionszentrum errichten, stehen die Planungen für den Unternehmenssitz eines internatio-nalen Fotovoltaik-Unternehmens sowie das Hightech-Smart-Building „The Pier“ fest, die Architekturwettbe-werbe sind bereits abgeschlossen. Und nachdem im Frühsommer 2017 die Anhandgabe eines Grundstücks in unmittelbarer Nähe der Haltestellen Elbbrücken für ein großes Kongresshotelprojekt mit 500 Zimmern erfolgte, wurden im September auch die ersten Wohngrundstü-cke – drei davon in direkter Elblage sowie eines attraktiv am Baakenhafen – ausgelobt.

Für die östlichen Quartiere wird derzeit ein ambitioniertes Smart-Mobility-Konzept vorbereitet, das europaweit Mo-dellcharakter hat. Ziel ist es nicht nur, die Nutzung priva-ter Pkws deutlich zu reduzieren, sondern auch erhebliche Kosten und Ressourcen einzusparen. So wird die Zahl der zu realisierenden Stellplätze auf 0,4 pro Wohneinheit reduziert und zugleich für 30 Prozent der Stellplätze ein stationsbasiertes und quartiersübergreifendes Carsha-

ring-System als verlässliches Angebot für alle Haushalte eingerichtet. Wiederum 40 Prozent der Stellplätze werden mit Ladesäulen für E-Mobilität ausgerüstet.

Herausragender Abschluss als Auftakt

Einen besonders würdigen Abschluss soll die erfolgrei-che HafenCity-Entwicklung an der östlichsten Quartiers-spitze unmittelbar an den Elbbrücken finden. Erstmals in der Geschichte Hamburgs könnte hier eine imposante Landmarke mit rund 200 Metern Höhe entstehen und ein neues südliches Entree der inneren Stadt bilden. Als Nutzungen kommen Büro, Hotel, publikumsbezoge-ne Nutzungen und ggf. auch Wohnen in Betracht. Die Bewerbungsphase für das international herausragende Projekt endete im September 2017. Nach eingehender Prüfung der eingereichten Konzepte folgt eine intensive Verhandlungsphase, bevor sich der Senat der Freien und Hansestadt Hamburg und die Hamburger Bürgerschaft voraussichtlich im Sommer 2018 damit befassen können.Einerseits schließt damit die Entwicklung der östlichs-ten Quartiere der HafenCity ab, andererseits eröffnen sich neue Räume, wenn mit Blick über die Grenzen der HafenCity hinaus u. a. am Billebogen die Entwicklung eines hochwertigen, vornehmlich arbeitsplatzorientierten Areals mit urban verdichteten Strukturen vorangetrieben wird.

It is already home to a good 3,300 people, a place of work for more than 12,000 employees of over 730 com-panies, and a center of learning for more than 5,000

students; at its heart is the impressive major building site at Überseequartier; in the east it is the scene of experi-mental innovation; at its western extremity the outstand-ing Elbphilharmonie is a new magnet for visitors. On many fronts HafenCity offers a striking demonstration of its ur-ban, sustainable and social qualities.

Construction activity in the center and the east are increas-ingly integrating HafenCity with the existing city center. The last major building project in northern Überseequartier (the KPTN Project) is currently linking up with the Spei-cherstadt and city center, while simultaneously an incisive high point by the River Elbe is being created with the ma-jor Watermark, Freeport and Shipyard project and a tower block 70 metres high. Successful development continues at Strandkai, at whose western tip almost 500 homes will be built from the end of the year. By far the biggest private construction project is southern Überseequartier, combin-ing big city flair with high visitor traffic and offering em-ployment to around 6,100 workers. Retailing accounts for

23 percent of the space, with additional areas for catering, entertainment, offices, a hotel, a vertically organized cruise terminal and around 1,100 apartments. Meanwhile War-burg-HIH Invest Real Estate has been chosen to develop a new building for the Gruner + Jahr publishing house adja-cent to Lohsepark. Its project development arm HIH will be starting construction in 2019.

New working environments and great innovative dynamism in eastern HafenCity

Eastern neighbourhoods are a source of great innovative dynamism. Construction of at least ten further projects will get under way successively at Baakenhafen in 2017 and 2018, with the first residents moving into their waterside homes and the first hotel opening its doors in spring 2018. Five buildings with a total 300 homes, plus offices and commercial uses are to be built in an attractive waterside location by Baakenhafen on three more plots, put out to tender in late summer 2017. That means all the residen-tial plots in Baakenhafen neighbourhood, providing a good 2,300 homes, have now been put on the market.

At Elbbrücken the first allocations are setting the tone for the intensely ur-ban character of eastern HafenCity. Two employers’ liability insurance associations will start building a joint prevention center in 2018, while plans are now in place for the corporate headquarters of an international pho-tovoltaics company and the high-tech smart building “The Pier” for which the architectural competitions are already complete. Following the allo-cation in early summer 2017 of a site for a major 500-room congress hotel in the direct vicinity of Elbbrücken rail and subway stations, the first residen-tial plots were put out to tender in September – three of them close to the Elbe and another in an attractive location by Baakenhafen.

An ambitious smart mobility concept for eastern neighbour-hoods – a European pioneer – is currently in preparation. Its goal is not just a big reduction in private car use but also con-siderable cost and resource savings. As a result, the number of parking spaces provided is being reduced to 0.4 per hous-ing unit, while 30 percent of the parking provision will be devoted to a station-based car sharing system spanning the district and offering a reliable service for all households. A further 40 percent of parking spaces will be equipped with e-mobility charging stations.

Outstanding culmination as curtain raiser

The development of HafenCity is to get an especially fitting culmination at its easternmost point right by the Elbe bridging point. For the first time in Hamburg’s history there could be an imposing landmark here, rising to about 200 metres and forming a new southern gateway to the inner city. Uses under consideration include of-fices, a hotel, public amenities and possibly residential. The tender com-petition for this internationally out-standing project ended in September

2017. Following careful scrutiny of the submitted concepts, there will be an intensive period of negotiations before Hamburg’s government and parliament can focus on the project, probably in summer 2018.

While this marks the culmination of the development of HafenCity’s eastern neighbourhoods, new space is open-ing up beyond HafenCity’s borders. Billebogen is just one example of how progress continues on developing high-quality, primarily employment-oriented space characterized by dense urban structures.

Two years ago the HWF Hamburg Business Development Corporation celebrated its 30th anniversary – boasting a strong track record. In the first three decades following its establishment, the company provided nearly 2,800 Hamburg-based businesses with commercial space and facilitated the relocation of just as many businesses to Hamburg. As a result, 58,000 new jobs have been created and more than 200,000 jobs have been secured, with in-vestments totalling over one billion euros.While this is a remarkable achievement, even successful companies must not stand still and need to continuously adapt to the changing requirements of their clients. And this also applies to the HWF. On the 30th anniversary of the HWF, the Hamburg Senate therefore decided as part of its government programme to develop the company into a one-stop agency for investment and enable the HWF to provide businesses with a binding commitment regarding the awarding of municipal commercial spaces.This process has now been completed. In its last session before the summer break, the Hamburg Parliament ap-proved the establishment of HIE Hamburg Invest GmbH & Co KG. As a first step, the Hamburg Senate will make 88 hectares of commercial space available to the new company, which will be managed by the HWF. In addition, HIE will be in charge of operating the R&I (Research & Innovation) parks scheduled in Hamburg.This means that the HWF is the first port of call for busi-nesses when it comes to the awarding of municipal com-mercial space in Hamburg. And as is often the case with changes, a new name has been chosen to reflect the new

structure. This is why the HWF now operates under the name of HIW Hamburg Invest Wirtschaftsförderungsge-sellschaft mbH. This also applies to HWF Service GmbH, the proven trade fair partner for Hamburg’s real estate

men verbindliche Zusagen zur Vergabe von städtischen Gewerbeflächen zu geben.Dieser Prozess ist nun abgeschlossen. In ihrer letzten Sitzung vor der Sommerpause hat die Hamburgische Bürgerschaft die Gründung der HIE Hamburg Invest GmbH & Co. KG beschlossen. In diese Gesellschaft, unternehmerisch von der HWF geführt, wird die Stadt zunächst 88 Hektar Gewerbeflächen einbringen. Auch der Betrieb der geplanten F&I-Parks (Forschung & Inno-vation) in Hamburg erfolgt durch die HIE.Damit ist die HWF für Unternehmen zentraler Ansprech-partner, wenn es um die Vergabe städtischer Gewerbeflä-chen in Hamburg geht. Und wie so oft bei Veränderungen soll ein neuer Name Ausdruck des Change -Prozesses sein. Deshalb firmiert die HWF ab sofort unter HIW Hamburg Invest Wirtschaftsförderungsgesellschaft mbH. Ich glaube, dass das Thema Connectivity für die Bauträger, Entwickler

und Planer von Shopping-Centern oder anderen Immo bilien einen

unglaublichen Bedeutungsschub gewonnen hat. Mit uns als Partner für

die digitale In fra struktur ist man agil und kann einfach und professio-

nell auf die eigenen Bedürfnisse und die der Kunden reagieren. Wir

planen jedes System vorausschauend, wirtschaftlich und können so

fair und profitabel Einnahmen generieren, sodass sich die Infrastruktur

bei der nötigen Lauf zeit nahezu von selbst trägt. Den Nutzern einen

digitalen Zugang einfach, sicher und vor allem schnell zu ermöglichen,

ist eine Selbstverständlichkeit in unserer Zeit. Alles wird mit allem

nahtlos verbunden. Hierfür definieren wir für kostenloses performan-

tes und intelligentes WLAN bereits die Standards.

Spiegel setzen wir nur Themen um, die einen spürbaren Mehrwert für

Sicherstellung der qualitativ hochwertigen Konnektivität die größte He-

rausforderung. Einzig die intelligente, redundante und resiliente Lösung

dem Systemwechsel legten wir das Fundament, um ganzheitlich, inno-

Was muss eine Immobilie der GERRY WEBER International AG

bieten, um attraktiv für einen neuen Standort zu sein?

Für uns und vermutlich jeden anderen Marktteilnehmer gilt, dass man

der Herausforderung, dass der digitale und analoge Markt längst

zu sammen ge wachsen ist, aber noch keine homo gene Einheit bildet,

mit den richtigen Strategien und Lösungen begegnet. Wir wollen dem

Kunden weiterhin ein Shoppingerlebnis bieten, welches auch die neu-

en Bedürfnisse und Er wartungen erfüllt. Hierfür benötigt man große

digitale Ressourcen, die diesen Anforderungen auch in 3 Jahren noch

gerecht werden. Es ist nötig, auch morgen noch innovativ agieren zu

können und nicht strukturell reagieren zu müssen. Hier könnte es sehr

hilfreich sein, wenn eine Immobilie bereits die neuen Grundlagen der

Konnektivität bereitstellt.

deutschen Traditionsunternehmens Lufthansa

im Bereich Marketing?

Die größte Herausforderung für unser Unternehmen ist

die Vielzahl der Herausforderungen die uns täglich be-

gegnen. Der Komplexitätsgrad ist so stark angestiegen,

dass man sich besser stark und konsequent auf das fokussiert und

zurückbesinnt, was einen als Marke bereits ausgezeichnet hat.

Für uns stehen die Bedürfnisse unserer Kunden im Fokus. Die Human

Centricity zeigt ganz klar, dass die Menschen sich ihrer Bedürfnisse

heute viel bewusster sind und dies auch viel besser artikulieren können.

Das durchdringt unsere gesamte Kommunikation, wodurch wir heute

viel besser auf die Wünsche unserer Konsumenten reagieren können.

Was für digitale Tools können Sie unseren Lesern empfehlen?

Nehmen Sie zum Beispiel das innov ative deutsche Unternehmen FREE

MEE, welches weltweit als eines der ersten verstanden hat, dass man

mit einem intelligenten digitalen Kom muni kationskanal als Zugang zum

Internet sehr schnell und konkret erfahren kann, was Nutzer mögen

oder nicht mögen. Um Kampagnen in der heutigen Zeit schnell und rele-

vant skalieren zu können oder auch zu beenden, sind diese Marketing

Intelligence Tools für uns unverzichtbar. Außerdem werden Marken
