Das Gesamtkonzept besticht vor auch durch das Energiekonzept. Neben dem Einsatz eines besonders energiesparenden und patentierten Materials für die Außenwände setzt auch die Energieversorgung auf erneuerbare Energien.
Die Heizungsgrundlast ist durch eine Wasser-Wärme-Tauscher-Anlage gesichert, die mit Solarpaneelen auf dem Dach unterstützt wird. Das ebenfalls auf dem Dach installierte Photo-voltaik-Panel stellt den Strom für die Wärme-pumpe bereit.

Die Preise differieren je nach Austattung und Design. Sie fangen mit der Basisversion an in Höhe von ca. 2.700 € pro qm zuzüglich Trans-portkosten in Höhe ab ca. 13.000 €
