Moderne Technologien garantieren die pro-fessionelle Rasierpinselproduktion in hoher Stückzahl. Spezialautomaten teilen das Haar- oder Borstenmaterial exakt ab und bündeln es, anschließend wird es verklebt. Dann wird überschüssiges Haar ausgekämmt, die Form leicht nachgeschnitten. Das Einsetzen des Pinselkopfes in einen Griff, die Bedruckung und Verpackung erfolgen manuell. Von dieser Kompetenz profitieren Handel und Endkun-den, aber auch Auftragsproduktionen.

Modern technologies guarantee the profes-sional production of shaving brushes in large quantities. Special machines separate the hair and bristle material precisely before it is glued into place. Then the surplus hair is combed out and the shape lightly trimmed. The inser-tion of the brush head into a handle, printing and packaging are all done manually. Dealers and consumers profit from this exper-tise, as does made-to-order production.

Des automates parti-culiers séparent avec précision les poils ou les matériaux de soie, puis les réunissent et les fixent à la colle. Ensuite, les poils trop longs sont démêlés, puis légèrement coupés pour être mis en forme. L’insertion des têtes de pin-ceau dans le manche, l’impression et l’embal-lage sont des opérations manuelles. hjm Rasierpinsel werden in drei Qualitäten angeboten: reinem Dachshaar, synthetischen Fasern und Borste. Für die Griffe und Halter steht eine Vielfalt von Formen, Farben und Materialien zur Auswahl. An traditionellen Hölzern mit Maserung finden sich Kiefer, Esche und Buche. Hochwertige Kunststoffe in klassischen oder leuchtenden Farben unter-streichen das moderne Design der Serie.

Reines Dachshaar

Solide Qualität für Nassrasierer, die den Mas-sageeffekt während der Rasurvorbereitung schätzen. Der sogenannte Bund des Natur- haares wird maschinengefertigt, das Material ist flexibler als Borste. Das Farbspektrum reicht von bräunlich-grau bis schwarz.

Synthetische Faser

Die feinen veganen Fasern wurden speziell für die Nassrasur entwickelt. In ihrer Färbung und Weichheit ähneln sie dem Naturprodukt Dachshaar und bieten dadurch Gebrauchs-eigenschaften vergleichbar hoher Qualität.

Reine Borste

Das vom Schwein gewonnene Material ist fester als Dachshaar und produziert den stärk-sten Massageeffekt. Während des Gebrauchs wird der Borstenpinsel weicher.

The traditional woods used include pine, ash and beech. High-quality plastics in classic or brilliant colours underline the modern design of the series.

Pure badger

Solid quality for wet shavers who like a mas-saging effect while preparing to shave. The band of natural hair is machine-made, and the hairs are more flexible than bristles. The colour spectrum ranges from brownish-grey to black.

Synthetic fibre

The fine vegan fibres were developed spe-cially for wet shaving. In terms of colour and softness they are similar to natural badger hair and provide performance properties of com-parably high quality.

Pure bristle

The material obtained from pigs is firmer than badger hair and produces the strongest mas-sage effect. Bristle brushes become softer with use.

Les blaireaux de rasage hjm sont proposés en trois qualités : pur poil de blaireau, fibres syn-thétiques et soie. Plusieurs formes, couleurs et matériaux peuvent être choisis pour les manches et les supports. Les bois tradition-nels avec veinures comprennent du bois de pin, de frêne et de hêtre. Des matériaux plas-tiques haut de gamme déclinés en couleurs classiques ou brillantes soulignent le design moderne de la série.

Pur poil de blaireau

De la qualité solide pour les hommes qui se rasent à l’eau et qui apprécient l’effet massage lors de la préparation au rasage. Le dit bou-quet de poils naturels est fabriqué à la ma-chine. Le matériau est plus flexible que la soie. La palette de couleurs s’étend du marron-gris au noir.

Fibres synthétiques

Les fines fibres véganes ont été spéciale-ment conçues pour le rasage à l’eau. En ce qui concerne la couleur et la douceur, elles ressemblent aux poils de blaireau naturels et offrent une qualité élevée comparable.

Pure soie

Le matériau obtenu du porc est plus résistant que le poil de blaireau et procure l’effet mas-sage le plus tonifiant. Le pinceau de soie s’as-souplit au fur et à mesure des utilisations.
