LE DIOXYDE DE TITANE ET LA PHOTOCATALYSE.Le dioxyde de titane (TiO2) est utilisé dans des substances très variées comme les peintures, les matières plastiques, les cosmétiques, les capteurs, etc...Dans la nature, le TiO2 existe sous trois formes cristallines : brookite, rutile et anatase, cette dernière étant utilisée pour le traitement autonettoyant car elle présente des propriétés particulièrement photo-actives. Con il termine NOx viene indicata la miscela di monossido di azoto (NO) e biossido di azoto (NO2), i più determinanti per l’inquinamento atmosferico nella famiglia degli ossidi di azoto. EL ABATIMIENTO DE LOS NOx. Se entiende por NOx toda mezcla de proporciones variables de monóxido de nitrógeno (NO) y dióxido de nitrógeno (NO2), dos compuestos de la familia de los óxidos de nitrógeno irrefutablemente determinantes de la contaminación atmosférica. A altas temperaturas, como en el caso de procesos de combustión para la generación de calor, vapor o energía eléctrica, el nitrógeno naturalmente contenido en el aire reacciona con el oxígeno formando NO. Este monóxido posee a su vez la capacidad de reaccionar con el oxígeno durante su enfriamiento transformándose parcialmente en NO2, una sustancia aproximadamente 4 veces más tóxica y capaz de crear serias complicaciones respiratorias, hasta el edema pulmonar. Se genera así una mezcla NOx, gas nocivo para la salud humana y el ambiente, que contribuye con la formación de un smog altamente tóxico para todo ser viviente y con la contaminación producto de la lluvia ácida.

La acción eco-activa de Hy-Pro24 degrada eficazmente los NOx hasta eliminarlos completamente. THE ABATEMENT OF NOx. The term NOx indicates the mix of nitrogen monoxide (NO) and nitrogen dioxide (NO2), the nitrogen oxides that make the biggest contribution to air pollution. At high temperatures, due to combustion as a result of the production of heat, steam or electrical energy, the nitrogen contained naturally in the air reacts with the oxygen to form NO. This monoxide in turn reacts anew with the oxygen, during the cooling down process, partly becoming NO2, about 4 times more toxic and able to cause serious respiratory problems, including pulmonary edema. This is how the NOx gas forms, which is dangerous to the health of both humans and the

The eco-active action of Hy-Pro24 effectively breaks down the Nox, ultimately eliminating them completely. Bei hoher Temperatur, die durch die Verbrennung zur Erzeugung von Wärme, Dampf oder elektrischer Energie bewirkt ist, reagiert der in der Luft enthaltene Stickstoff mit dem Sauerstoff und es entsteht die Bindung NO. Dieses Monoxyd reagiert während der Kühlung erneut mit dem Sauerstoff und verwandelt sich zum Teil in NO2, das ungefähr vier Mal giftiger ist und zu schweren Problemen der Atemwege und sogar zu Lungenödem führen kann. Auf diese Weise entsteht die Bindung NOx, ein gesundheits- und umweltschädliches Gas. NOx trägt zur Bildung von Smog bei, der für jedes Lebewesen extrem giftig ist und auch für Luftverschmutzung durch sauren Regen verantwortlich ist.

Die bioaktive Wirkung von Hy-Pro24 zersetzt die NOx bis zu ihrer vollständigen Beseitigung. Durch die Behandlung mit Hy-Pro24 wird im Laufe von 8 Stunden bis zu 100% der in der Kontaktluft enthaltenen NOx beseitigt, nach nur 2 Stunden bis zu 50% (was aus den Laborexperimenten hervorgeht).

Diese Aktivität kann mit jener der Bäume mit grünen Blättern verglichen werden, die durch die Absorption und die Metabolisierung der in der Luft enthaltenen Giftstoffe die Luftschadstoffe in den Städten reduzieren. Among the bacteria the human body can easily be contaminated by, two types are especially common: Escherichia Coli and Staphylococcus Aureus. E. Coli is one of the main species of bacteria that live in the lower part of the intestine, playing a fundamental role in the process of digestion. However, if foods are contaminated by E. Coli, and then ingested, the consequences of the infection can include intestinal ulcers, peritonitis, pneumonia and the production of toxins. In severe cases, E. Coli can also be one of the main causes of meningitis in children under five, and since new strains are developing constantly, it can potentially cause very serious illnesses in small children or patients weakened by previous illnesses. S. Aureus is a bacterium normally present in the skin and mucosae of most adults, and spread and contamination are therefore quite easy. The consequences of

contamination include acute infections of the skin, the skeletal and respiratory apparatus and the central nervous system. Within the body it can produce very harmful toxins, such as the epidermolytic toxin, to which babies are especially vulnerable, and toxic shock. DER VORTEIL: AKTIVITÄT ZUR BEKÄMPFUNG VON KEIMEN UND BAKTERIEN. Zu den häufigsten Verursachern von menschlichen Infektionskrankheiten gehören insbesondere zwei Bakterien: Escherichia Coli und Staphylococcus Aureus. Escherichia Coli ist eine der bedeutendsten Gattungen des Enterobakteriums, das im Darm vorkommt und eine wichtige Rolle für eine einwandfreie Verdauung spielt. Wenn dagegen durch E. Coli verdorbene Lebensmittel gegessen werden, können die Folgen

der Infektion Magengeschwür, Bauchfellentzündung, Lungenentzündung und Entstehen von Giftstoffen betreffen. In schweren Fällen kann Escherichia Coli auch Hirnhautentzündung bei Kindern unter 5 Jahren auslösen; durch die fortlaufende Mutation neuer pathogener Stämme kann es zu schweren Krankheiten bei kleinen Kindern oder krankheitsgeschwächten Personen führen. Der S. Aureus ist normalerweise auf der Haut oder Schleimhaut der meisten Erwachsenen vorhanden; dieser Erreger kann daher leicht übertragen werden. Die Folgen einer Ansteckung können akute Infektionen der Haut, der Knochen und der Atemwege sowie des zentralen Nervensystems sein. S. Aureus kann mehrere Toxine produzieren, die zu verschiedenen typischen Krankheiten führen, wie z.B. Syndrom der verbrühten Haut hauptsächlich bei Kleinkindern und Toxic Shock Syndrome. The maximum effect of each property of Hy-Pro24 is reached, specifically, in vertical applications on outside ventilated or glued facades, where the material is no longer only easy to clean, but is actually self-cleaning. The facades are self-cleaning because of the ultra-hydrophilic property of the material, thanks to which dirt and polluting elements are passively eliminated with the rain, which allows for easy washing away in vertical installations.

This property therefore gives a further advantage to all Hy-Pro24 products, which already boast the ease of cleaning offered by Mirage porcelain stoneware. The effect also persists after radiation: even without any light at all, the surface maintains its ultra-hydrophilic behaviour for several hours.
