For 40 years all kind of polymers and plastics have been processed at our site in Lemgo for all areas of industry and all kind of branches. Our customers belong to the electronic, automotive, transport, construction and drainage industry. With the foundation of HS Plastics GmbH in October 2008 a vast restructuration in the manage-ment and organization was undertaken. The enterprise has reorientated itself towards new challenges, but remains faithful towards long lasting core competences:

Der Bereich der Wassertechnik ist bei HS Plastics in den letzten Jahren kräftig gewachsen. Mit namhaften Her-stellern wurden die ersten Entwässerungsrinnen und Regenwasserfi lter aus Kunststoff entwickelt. Als Ergeb-nis dieser partnerschaftlichen Zusammenarbeit konnte man sich am Markt durchsetzen und ist national wie international ein Begriff geworden. Im Haushalt- und Consumer-Bereich liefern wir Komplett- und System-lösungen für alle Arten von Kunststoff teile.

The automotive industry sets highest standards for reliability and longevity. We mainly manufacture special parts for highly demanding purposes, developed in close cooperation with our customers. We can look back on years of experience in manufacturing precision parts for the engine room, like intake and fi lter systems.

The sector of drainage technology gained increasing importance for HS Plastics within the last years. Toge-ther with renowned manufacturers gutter drainage and rain water fi lters were developed. Eigene Entwicklung.

Wir arbeiten ständig an der Entwicklung neuer Produkte. Besonders im Bereich der Materialsubs-titution sind wir führend. Neben unserem Kerngeschäft entstand so eine Reihe eigener Produkte für unterschiedlichste Anwendungsbereiche des privaten und industriellen Bedarfs.

Entwicklung und Konstruktion.

Die Vielfalt der Thermoplaste und die breiten Möglichkeiten des Spritzgus-ses ermöglichen innovative Lösungen. Unsere Aufgabe als leistungsfähiger Kunststoff -verarbeiter ist die optimale Umsetzung Ihrer Ideen in fertige Bauteile. Für die Teile- und Werkzeug-konstruktion setzen wir auf aktuelle 3D-CAD-Systeme zur Berechnung komplexer Verbindungs- und Freiformfl ächen. Die Integration Ihrer Daten und Vorgaben ist eines unserer höchsten Ziele.

Werkzeugbau.

Der Werkzeugbau leistet die Entwicklung und Herstellung vom einfachen bis zum Serienwerkzeug. Unser Musterbau erstellt auf Wunsch Prototypen. Die Herstellung hochwertiger Kunststoff teile erfordert Werkzeuge bester Qualität und höchster Präzision. Wir fertigen die Formen für Ihre Spritzgussartikel sowohl selbst, als auch mit kompetenten Partnern, wie etwa bei speziellen Techniken zur Oberfl ächenver-edelung. Durch unsere modernen Fertigungstechniken sind wir in der Lage wirtschaftlich und fl exibel Werkzeuge für Großserien, als auch für Kleinserien für nahezu jeden Einsatzbereich anzubieten.

Produktion.

Wir stellen im Spritzguss technische Formteile bis 14.000 g Stückgewicht her. Unsere Maschinen verfügen über Schließkräfte von 15 bis 2.000 Tonnen. Ausgereifte Fertigungsmethoden garantieren Präzision und Leistungsfähigkeit. Anspruchsvolle Kunststoff teile werden in Präzisionsspritzgießtechniken sowie innovativen Sonderverfahren gefertigt. Wir bieten auch Lösungen für spezielle Anforderungen wie Zwei-Komponenten-Teile, Präzisionsspritzguß und Gasinnendrucktechniken.

We continuously work on the development of new products. We are the leading company particularly in the area of material substitution. Beside our core compe-tences this leads to the development of a series of own products for diff erent application areas for private and

industry needs.

Development and Construction.

The diversity of thermoplastic polymers together with the broad application spect-

rum of extruder technique enables us to create innovative solutions. Our main task as powerful plastic and polymer manuf-acturer lies in the optimal realization of customer demands into perfect products. We rely on state of the art 3D-CAD-sys-tems for the parts and tools construc-tion, to calculate accurately even most complex joint and free form interfaces. We anticipate the inclusion of customer data sets.

Tool Construction.

Our tool construction satisfi es all needs. Our tool smiths are experienced in crea-ting early prototypes. The manufacturing of high value plastic parts requires tools of best quality and highest precision. We produce the molds for injection molding articles in house, but also cooperate with competent partners, especially in the area of special surface coating. We are able to off er economic and fl exible solutions for tools applicable for the full range from small to huge serial production, suitable for nearly all kind of applications.

Production.

We produce technically formed parts using injection molding with a piece weight up to 14.000 g. Our machines exert a closing force ranging from 15 to 2000 tons. Sophisticated manufacturing

methods guarantee precision and productivity. We off er also solutions for special demands as

two component pieces, precision injection molding and gas assisted injection molding.
