ÜBER UNS Spin Valis d.d. ist eine kroatische Firma mit Sitz in Požega mit circa 500 Mitarbeiter. Unsere Haupttätigkeit ist die Herstellung von Massivholzmöbeln in Buche oder Eiche.

History“Spin Valis d.d.” is located in Požega, in the heart of Slavonia region, in the valley which the ancient Romans used to call the Golden Valley. The company finds its inspiration and quality production material in the beauty and richness of the centuries-old beech and oak forests.“Spin Valis”, a joint stock company for production of furniture and saw milled wood, has long been turning wood riches of Golden Valley into products suitable for contemporary man and European culture of living.The company started its business in 1950 under the name “Lipa”, having ten employees at the time. After many ups and downs, invested efforts, knowledge and work, in 1978 “Lipa” company becomes “Spin Valis”, a state-owned company and a leader in solid wood furniture production, operating successfully on domestic and international market. In 2002 “Spin Valis d.d” founded a daughter company “Valis Fagus d.o.o” with 85 employees. In 2009 and 2010 “Valis Fagus d.o.o.” was awarded the prestigious “Gazela” award for a rapidly growing company with transparent business, proven as an excellent business partner.

HistorieDie Firma nahm ihre Geschäftstätigkeit unter dem Namen „Lipa“ im Jahre 1950 mit etwa zehn Beschäftigten auf. Nach einigen Hochs und Tiefs, aufgewandtem Engagement, Kenntnissen und Bemühungen konnte das Kollektivunternehmen „Lipa“ bis zum Jahr 1978 zum Kollektivunternehmen Spin Valis, der führenden Holzindustrie in der Herstellung von Massivmöbeln, heranwachsen und ihre Geschäftstätigkeit auf den in- und ausländischen Märkten erfolgreich entfalten. Spin Valis d.d. gründete im Jahre 2002 die Tochterfirma Valis Fagus d.o.o. mit 85 Beschäftigten, die sowohl 2009 als auch 2010 die Qualitätsauszeichnung Gazelle für rasch wachsende Unternehmen mit transparenter Geschäftstätigkeit, die ausgezeichnete Geschäftspartner darstellen, erhielt.

HeuteHeute ist Spin Valis eine Aktiengesellschaft, die sich mit der Herstellung von Möbeln, Schnittholz und Elementen beschäftigt und dank ihrer Business Excellence und Qualität mehr als 85% ihrer Produkte auf ausländischen Märkten in etwa dreißig Ländern absetzen kann. Die Geschäftspartnerschaft mit den wichtigsten europäischen Herstellern und Möbelhandelsketten bestätigt ihren Ruf als seriöser, zuverlässiger und konkurrenzfähiger Partner. Hundertjähriges Eichen- und Buchenholz, moderne Technologie, Design, die fleißigen Hände von 500 Arbeitnehmern und die 65-jährige Tradition wandelten die Kraft des Naturholzes in diese hochqualitative kroatische Produktlinie um, die an modernen Menschen und der europäischen Lebenskultur Maß nimmt. Die Möbel von Spin Valis d.d. werden auf dem europäischen und auch auf dem Weltmarkt wahrgenommen und außerordentlich geschätzt, womit ihre Stellung als lokaler und regionaler Leader in der Herstellung von hochqualitativen Möbeln in Massivholz bestätigt wird. Die Firma besitzt zwei Show-Rooms, ein in Požega neben der Fabrik und zweites in Zagreb, in ˝Ambienta˝ Möbelhaus. Die Produktion- Einrichtung, Lagerhallen und Büros in Požega sind auf der Gesamtfläche von 112.705 m 2 verteilt.

The furniture of “Spin Valis d.d.” is well known and highly appreciated on European and world markets, which confirms its position of the local and regional leader in the production of high quality solid wood furniture.The company has two show rooms, one in Požega, next to the factory, and the other in Zagreb, in “Ambienta” department store.The production facilities, warehouses and offices cover the area of 112,705m2. In addition, “Spin Valis d.d.” owns its own heating/electrical power plant which uses waste wood components as energy generating products (waste wood and bark), producing hot water and steam for the kiln dryers, steaming chambers and for its own heating. Wood sawdust is used for the production of wood briquettes which are sold on domestic and foreign markets.

EcologyFor its products “Spin Valis d.d.” uses only the highest quality wood from Slavonian forests with FSC mark, which means that forests are managed in accordance with strict European and world ecological, social and economic standards.Because of high usability, ecological and aesthetic value, as well as unlimited possibilities of modeling, wood is a material acceptable in terms of health, because when present in one’s living environment it creates a positive effect on one’s mood. It is therefore highly recommended to everyone who has breathing problems or problems with allergies.“Spin Valis d.d.” constantly invests financial resources and efforts into production of healthy and ecologically acceptable furniture, using surface processing materials in line with the EU health regulations, including natural bio oils which make the products healthier and more beautiful. Wooden furniture with bio oil final coating is ecologically neutral, easy to restore and can be recycled and returned into nature after years of use. By using such materials, “Spin Valis d.d.” permanently protects the health of its employees, protects the environment and cares for its customers by producing eco furniture of lush beauty. In our factory in Pozega we have managed to establish a full closed circle of production, from the forest logs which enter our factory there is no waste which is not used for some product. Highest quality wooden material is used for furniture production, bark and production leftovers are being chipped into wood chips and later burned in our powerplant where we produce heat and electricity. Electricity and heat are again used in furniture production process so there is a closed circle of production inputs and outputs.

Holzmöbel, die abschließend mit pflanzlichen Ölen behandelt werden, sind ökologisch neutral, lassen sich leicht restaurieren und können nach langjähriger Benutzung wiederverwertet und der Natur zurückgegeben werden. Durch die Verwendung dieser Materialien schützt Spin Valis d.d. dauerhaft die Gesundheit ihrer Beschäftigten, die Umwelt und trägt durch die Herstellung von Öko-Möbeln von ausgesuchter Schönheit Sorge für das Wohlergehen ihrer Kunden. Nachdem in der Holzindustrie ein großes nicht genütztes Potential bezüglich der Energieherstellung aus erneuerbaren Energiequellen vorhanden ist, setzt Spin Valis d.d. im Einklang mit den europäischen und internationalen Standards eine Kraft-Wärme-Kopplungsanlage für die Herstellung von elektrischer und Wärmeenergie aus Holzbiomasse ein, wobei die Kreislaufwirtschaft mit der Herstellung von Holzbriketts perfekt umgesetzt und damit der gesamte Herstellungsprozess abgerundet werden konnte, bei dem ab dem Eingang der Stämme bis zum Ausgang der Fertigprodukte kein Abfall anfällt.
