नयम और शत / Terms and Conditions :

1. पूण प से भरा हुआ आदेश फॉम, िजसम शु क /वैट , उ पाद शु क स हत पूर रा श का अ म भुगतान,

“INDIA GOVERNMENT MINT (UNIT OF SPMCIL) COLLECTION A/c” के प म आह रत मुंबई म देय कसी भी शॆ यलूड बक क शाखा का ास कया हुआ डी.डी वारा कया जा सकता है । भुगतान पूण पये म कए

जाएंगे तथा पैस म भुगतान वीकार नह ं कया जाएगा । चैक वीकार नह ं कए जाएंगे । Order form duly filled in should be sent to Mint along with full payment including Tax/VAT Excise Duty by Demand Draft payable at Mumbai, drawn on any Scheduled Bank issued in favour of “ INDIA GOVERNMENT MINT (UNIT OF SPMCIL) COLLECTION A/” - Cheques will not be accepted.

2. उपरो त क मत म GST भार शा मल ह । The above cost is inclusive of GST.

3. इस संबंध म परू कारवाई मुंबई े ा धकार के अधीन होगी । All transactions are subject to Mumbai Jurisdictions.

4. एक बार ऑडर वीकृत हो जाने के बाद कसी भी प रि थ तम र द नह ं होगा I Orders once accepted cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

5. कसी भी ऑडर को पूण अथवा आं शक पसे वीकृत नकरने का अ धकार टकसाल के पास सुर त है । The Mint reserves the right not to accept an order either in whole or in part.

6. इन स क के खर ददार को स क के नयात का अ धकार नह ं है।यह अ धकार समय-समय पर जार वशषे आदेश के तहत नयं त है ।

The purchase of these coin sets will not bestow permission for export thereof, which is regulated by special order issued from time to time.

7. टकसाल के पास अ धकार सुर त है क वह बना कोई सूचना के, माल उपल ध न होने, उ पादन मता तथा धातओुं के मू य आ द के कारण स क क बु कंग बंद या र द कर सकती है ।

The Mint reserves the right to discontinue or stop the booking of coin sets without any notice depending upon the availability of stock, production capacity and the price of metal etc.

8. शु क एवं कर म प रवतन होने पर वा त वक रा श देय होगी । Changes in duty & taxes will be on actual.

9. यह टकसाल बकु कये गए सेट के यथा समय ेषण का परूा यास करेगी फर भी अनपे त कारण से य द ेषण भा वत अथवा लं बत होता है तो ेषण अव ध बढाने का अ धकार टकसाल के पास सुर त है ।

The Mint will make efforts to deliver all coin sets booked as per delivery schedule. However, due to unforeseen reasons if the delivery is affected and delayed the Mint reserves the right to extend delivery period.

10. डाक वारा भेजे गए स क /सेट क देर अथवा उनके खोने पर यह टकसाल िज मेदार नह ं होगी तथा उन स क /सेट के बदले दसूरे स क /सेट के दाव को भी तबतक वीकृत नह ं कया जायेगा जबतक क डाक ा धकरणसे बीमा क रा श वापस नह ं मल जाती । The Mint will not be responsible for the delay or loss of the coin sets dispatched by post and the claim for substitute coin sets will not be entertained unless and until the postal authorities refund the insured amount.

11. े षत कये गए पासल य द डाक ा धकरण वारा लौटा ये जाते ह तो उ ह नया डाक यय ा त होने के बाद ह पनु: े षत कया जायेगा । The dispatched parcel if returned by the postal authorities will be re-dispatched only on receipt of fresh postal charges.

12. पते म य द कोई प रवतन हो तो स का बकु करने वाले वारा टकसाल को त काल सू चत कया जाना चा हए । Any change in delivery address should be informed immediately to the Mint by the subscriber/person booking the coin.
