AlphADur®, a new dimension in micro invasive surgery.

The AlphADur® instruments offer a very high form stability. This has been achieved by using a state of art of ceramic titanium alloy. Using these new instruments, surgeons can conveniently perform micro invasive “key-hole” surgery via a small skin pick incision. This kind of surgery can be used, for example, to repair an inguinal hernia or remove adhesions without causing cosmetically relevant scars. A significant reason for less pain and higher patient comfort.

Durch leichten Druck auf die ergonomisch geformten Fingerauflagen des Federgriffs schließt sich das Arbeitsende, beim Lösen des Drucks öffnet sich das Maul wieder durch die Federkraft.

Close the jaw by applying a light pressure to the ergonomically shaped grip plates on the spring handle. Upon releasing the pressure the spring-loaded jaw opens again.

AlphADur® Instrumente mit Sperre, sind mit einer innenliegenden Sperre ausgestattet. Die Aktivierung erfolgt durch Zusammendrücken der Handgriffe.Zur Deaktivierung der Sperre sind die Griffe erneut zusammenzudrücken.

achtungAufgrund des Produktdesigns und der verwendeten Materialien, kann kein definiertes Limit von max. durchführbaren Aufbereitungszyklen festgelegt werden. Die Lebensdauer der Medizinprodukte wird durch deren Funktion und den schonenden Umgang bestimmt. Defekte Produkte müssen vor Rücksendung zur Reparatur den gesamten Wiederaufbereitungsprozess durchlaufen haben. Bitte fordern Sie bei Bedarf die produktspezifische Gebrauchsanleitung an.

PFleGe WähreNd der aNWeNduNGNach jeder Anwendung während der operation ist grober Schmutz von den Instrumenten zu entfernen. Um dies zu gewähleisten, müssen die Instrumente mit der Hochdruckspritze S.0598.90 durch den LUER-LOCK Adapter mit sterilem Wasser gespült werden.

Keine fixierenden Mittel oder heißes Wasser (>40°C) benutzen, da dies zur Fixierung von Rückständen führt und den Reinigungserfolg beeinflussen kann.

transportSichere Lagerung in einem geschlossenen Behältnis und beim Transport der Instrumente zum Aufbereitungsort, um Beschädigung der Instrumente und Kontamination gegenüber der Umwelt zu vermeiden. Wir empfehlen unsere Siebkörbe S.0598.xx.

Vorbereitung zur dekontamination | Manuelle VorreinigungGeeignete Schutzkleidung tragen: Handschuhe, Augenschutz u.ä.Instrumente in kaltem Wasser für mindestens 5 min. einlegen. Danach unter kaltem Wasser mit einer weichen Bürste (keine Metallbürsten verwenden), in geöffnetem und geschlossenem Zustand reinigen, bis keine Rückstände mehr sichtbar sind. Bei Hohlräumen, Bohrungen und Gewindegängen mindestens 10 sec. mit einer Reinigungspistole druckspülen (gepulstes Verfahren). Wir empfehlen unsere GIMMI® ReinigungspistoleT.1003.00.

ultraschallreinigungInstrumente mindestens 15 min. bei maximal 40°C (35 – 45 KHz) mit 0,5 % alkalischen oder enzymatischen Reiniger einlegen und beschallen. Hinweise des Geräteherstellers beachten. Die Produkte während der Ultraschall Reinigung mehrmals wenden, danach abspülen und trocknen.

Maschinelle reinigungZur Optimierung des Reinigungsprozesses empfehlen wir die Verwendung von destilliertem, demineralisiertem oder vollentsalztem Wasser.Instrumente vorsichtig in geöffnetem Zustand in eine geeignete Siebschale legen. Der LUER-LOCK-Adapter vom Instrument mit der Spülverbindung zum Reinigungs/Desinfektionsgerätes verbinden. Anschließend den Reinigungsprozess starten. 1. 4 min. Vorspülen mit kaltem Wasser2. Entleerung3. 6 min. Vorspülen mit deconex 28 ALKA ONE 0,5 % bei 70°C4. Entleerung5. 3 min Neutralisation mit warmem Leitungswasser (>40°C) und Neutralisator6. Reinigung, Desinfektion, Wartung, Pflege und Sterilisation für AlphADur® Instrumente

Funktionsprüfung, Instandhaltung und PflegeInstrument auf Raumtemperatur abkühlen lassen. Sicherstellen, dass alle Gelenk- und Gleitflächen trocken sind. Instrumente nach jeder Reinigung und Desinfektion visuell auf Sauberkeit überprüfen. Reinigung und Desinfektion ggf. wiederholen. Instrumente wie z.B. Klemmen, Scheren, Nadelhalter usw. sind nach der Reinigung und vor der Sterilisation an den Gelenken, Sperren, Schnittkanten und Gleitflächen gezielt zu behandeln, jedoch nicht das gesamte Instrument. Hierdurch erhält das Instrument optimale Schmierung und Korrosionsschutz. Überflüssiges Öl sollte entfernt werden.Das GIMMI® inSTrumenTen Öl J.8860.06 und J.8860.08 ist für das Dampfsterilisations-verfahren und zur Heißluftsterilisation bis max. 180°C geeignet. Kompatibilität mit den zugehörigen Teilen prüfen. Instrumente auf Beschädigungen, lose Teile und Abnützungen überprüfen. Funktionsprüfung gemäß Bedienungsanleitung durchführen.Beschädigte Instrumente müssen aussortiert werden.

Ölpunkte der AlphADur® Instrumente

Die mit Pfeilen markierten Punkte müssen geölt werden.Bei AlphADur® Scheren müssen zusätzlich die Blattinnenflächen und die Schnittinnenkanten geölt werden.

Preparation at the point of useAfter each use during surgery remove excess soiling by submerging the instru-ment in cold water (<40°C) and flush the instrument with sterile water with our high pressure syringe S.0598.90 through the LUER-LOCK cleaning adapter.

Preparation for decontamination / manual pre-cleaningWear suitable protective clothing: gloves, eye protection, etc.The devices must be reprocessed in an opened state.Immerse the instrument in cold tap water for at least 5 minutes. Brush (do not use metal brush) under cold tap water until all visible residues are removed. In-ner lumens, threads and holes are individually flushed with a water jet pistol for minimum 10 seconds in the pulsed mode.

ultrasonic cleaningImmerse the product in an ultrasonic bath with alkaline or enzymatic detergent (0,5%) and treat with ultrasonic for 15 minutes at 40°C (35 – 45 KHz). Change the position of the products once. The product is taken out of the bath and rinsed with cold tab water again. Follow the information provided by the equipment manufacturer.

automated cleaningIn order to optimize the cleaning prozess we recommend the use of distilled, demineralized or fully desalinated water. Open instruments and carefully place them into a suitable screen basket.If possible, connect the LUER-LOCK cleaning adapter of the using an existing LUER-LOCK connection to the wash-up system of the cleaning and disinfection unit.

Functional test, maintenance and careLet products cool down to room temperature and make sure that all joints and sliding surfaces are dry. Inspect instruments visually after each cleaning and disinfection for cleanliness. If necessary, repeat cleaning and disinfection.Products, such as clamps, scissors, needle holders, etc. must be specifically treated at the joints, locks, cutting edges and sliding surfaces. Oiling the entire product is unnecessary. Excess oil should be removed.Oiling provides the product with optimal lubrication and protects against corrosion.GIMMI® inSTrumenT oilS J8860.06 and J.8860.08 are suitable for steam sterilization and dry heat sterilization for up to 180°C.Check for compatibility with corresponding parts.
