Die PlasmaStream-Technologie basiert auf einem rein physikalischen Prinzip und arbeitet ganz ohne Chemie. Dabei werden Geruchs- und Fettmoleküle sowie der Zell-aufbau von Bakterien und Viren zerstört und damit unschädlich gemacht.

Die PlasmaStream-Technologie ist die Basis eines umfassenden Produktpro-gramms für vielfältige Anwendungsmög-lichkeiten. Hierzu zählen zum Beispiel Küchenabluftgerüche von Großküchen, der Gastronomie und der Hotellerie sowie durch Zigaret tenrauch, Bakterien, Viren und sonstige Schadstoffe verunreinigte Raumluft.

Die Produkte auf Basis von Plasma-Stream werden auf die jeweiligen Anfor-derungen der Kunden abgestimmt und orientieren sich an den individuellen Ge-gebenheiten vor Ort. As one of the leading European suppliers in the field, since 1994 BÄRO has offered an extensive range of efficient air hygiene so-lutions. These include powerful systems for UV-C disinfection of supply air, circulating air and surfaces in the food industry and general ventilation and air conditioning technology. Plasma technics and KitTech from BÄRO are innovative technologies for effectively treating air containing germs, odours and /or grease.

The PlasmaStream technology is based on a purely physical principle and works without using any chemicals. Odour and grease molecules and the cell structure of bacteria and viruses are destroyed and ren-dered harmless.

PlasmaStream technology forms the basis for an extensive product range for many different kinds of different applications. For example, these include eliminating odours from the exhaust air emitted by canteens, restaurants and hotels as well as cigarette smoke, bacteria, viruses and other pollutants in indoor air.

Products with PlasmaStream are tailored to individual customer requirements and oriented to specific on-site conditions. These products offer sustained effective-ness and energy efficiency and comply with the provisions of the Energy Saving Directive (EnEV 2010).

Die Kompakt-Abluftanlage mit PlasmaSt-ream zur Geruchsbeseitigung ist als Stan-dardgerät zur Innen- und Außenaufstellung in verschiedenen Größen (PS 1.500, 3.000, 5.000, 7.500 und 10.000) lieferbar. Je nach baulicher Gegebenheit vor Ort wird die Anlage zwischen Küchenabzugs-haube und Auslassbereich positioniert. Dies ist sowohl horizontal als auch verti-kal möglich.

Der Abluftkanal kann über die Wand direkt ins Freie geführt werden, auch wenn sich in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft Wohn- oder Geschäftsbebauung befindet. Aufgrund der einzigartigen Wirkungs-weise der Plasmatechnik ist die Abluft nahezu frei von Gerüchen. Durch die In-stal lation einer Kompakt-Abluftanlage mit PlasmaStream kann auf ein kosten-intensives Abluftkanalsystem verzichtet werden. Unter Hinzunahme eines Wär-metauschers kann die ca. 20 - 30° Celsius warme Abluft zur Wärmerückgewinnung genutzt werden.

Die BÄRO Kompakt-Abluftanlagen er-möglichen, die Bestimmungen der Energie-sparverordnung einzuhalten (EnEV 2010).

The compact exhaust air unit with Plas-maStream for odour elimination is availa-ble in various sizes as a standard unit for indoor and outdoor installation (PS 1,500, 3,000, 5,000, 7,500 and 10,000). Depend-ing on the premises in question the system is positioned between the kitchen extrac-tion hood and the discharge area. It can be installed both horizontally and vertically.

The exhaust air duct can be routed straight outside through the wall, even if there are residential or commercial buildings in the immediate vicinity. Thanks to the unique action of PlasmaStream the exhaust air is almost free of odours. Installing a compact exhaust air unit with PlasmaStream means that there is no need for an expensive exhaust air duct system. In combination with a heat exchanger the exhaust air that has a temperature of 20 - 30° Celsius can be used for heat recovery.

Compact exhaust air units from BÄRO comply with the provisions of the Energy Saving Directive (EnEV 2010).

Die CycloClean-Haube mit PlasmaStream bietet effektive Abluftreinigung im Se-kundärluftbetrieb. Die CC-Haube gibt es als Wandhaube zur Installation über Kochstellen oder als Aufsatzhaube auf Kombi- und Heißluftdämpfern sowie auf Backöfen. Die CC-Haube wird individuell dimen sioniert, ist mehrstufig schaltbar, leise und energie effizient. Standardmäßig in 3 Größen verfügbar.

Mittels einer dynamisierten Paral lel-düsentechnik werden Koch-, Brat-, Back- oder Frittierdünste sofort nach ihrer Entstehung abgesaugt und schnell und ef-fektiv zur Reinigung in das integrierte Sys-tem mit PlasmaStream geführt. Auch der unangenehme Dunstschwall beim kontrol-lierten Öffnen der Ofen- oder Dämpfertü-ren wird vollständig erfasst und in das System eingesaugt. Die gereinigte Luft wird wieder an die Umgebung abgegeben. Optional kann die CycloClean-Haube mit einem entsprechenden Filter zur Beseiti-gung von gesundheitsschädlichem Blau-rauch ausgestattet werden.

Die effektive Reinigung durch die Plas-maStream verhindert eine Belastung der Umgebung durch Fett, Eiweiß, Wasser-dampf und Geruch.

The CycloClean with PlasmaStream hood effectively cleans exhaust air with second-ary air operation. The CC hood is availa-ble as a wall-mounted hood for installation above cooking stations or as a top hood for steamers, combi steam ovens and bak-ing ovens. The CC hood is individually di-mensioned, offers multilevel operation and is quiet and energy efficient. Available by default in 3 sizes.

Dynamic parallel nozzles immediately extract smoke from cooking, frying or baking as soon as it is produced and chan-nel it quickly and effectively into the inte-grated system with PlasmaStream for cleaning. Even the unpleasant surge of smoke when the door of an oven or steam-er is carefully opened is fully captured and sucked into the system. The clean air is discharged to the surroundings again. The CycloClean hood can optionally be equipped with a filter to eliminate harmful blue smoke.

The effective cleaning by PlasmaStream prevents the surroundings from becoming contaminated with grease, protein, steam and odours.

Die Frontcooking-Station ermöglicht die frische Zubereitung von Gerichten vor den Augen der Kunden, ohne dass diese den als unangenehm empfundenen Koch, Brat- oder Frittierdünsten ausgesetzt sind. Das in die Frontcooking-Station integ-rierte PlasmaStream wirkt wie eine un-sichtbare Wand zwischen Kochstelle und Gastraum.

Das Frontcooking-Station mit Plas-maStream ist ein steckerfertiges Modul, geeignet für bis zu drei Kochstellen. Stan-dardmäßig in 2 Größen verfügbar. Die Arbeitsplatte ist höhenverstellbar und kann zur einfachen Reinigung herausge-nommen werden. Durch Lenk- und Fest-stel lrol len ist vollständige Mobil ität gegeben. Optional kann die Station mit einem Blaurauchfilter bestellt werden.

Mit seinen 800 m3/h Filtervolumen kann der Umluft-Deckenlüfter auch größere Räu-me zuverlässig, dauerhaft und schnell ge-ruchsneutral gestalten. Er zeichnet sich durch den Einsatz der energieeffizienten EC-Lüfter-Technologie aus und ist frei regelbar.

Bislang einzigartig ist die optionale Kombination mit einem Elektrofilter, der gesundheitsschädlichen Blaurauch aus der Luft entfernt. Selbst starke Belastungen durch Tabak- bzw. Zigarettenrauch lassen sich so wirksam minimieren.

Der Umluft-Deckenlüfter ist durch seine geringe Bautiefe ideal zum Nachrüsten auch in niedrigen Räumen geeignet.
