DAS CONVENTION CENTER

Das Foyer ist das Highlight der Räumlichkeiten im Convention Center und bietet flexible Einsatzmöglichkeiten. Die Freifläche verbindet alle Säle des Convention Centers und kann unabhängig von den einzelnen Sälen des CC oder separat als zusätzlicher Raum für Ihre Veranstaltung genutzt werden. Zudem führt vom Foyer aus ein Skywalk direkt in die benachbarte Halle 7. In dieser Kombination bildet die Location beste Voraussetzungen für die Realisierung von Konferenzmessen.

The foyer is the highlight of the convention center and offers flexible room options. The open spaced foyer connects with all convention center rooms and can either be used alone or as additional space for your event. In addition, a skywalk leads directly from the foyer to the neighboring Hall 7. In this combination, the location provides the best conditions for combining all kinds of fairs with conferences.

Insgesamt acht Räume mit ähnlichem Am-biente für 63 bis zu 195 Personen in Stuhlreihe stehen Ihnen auf dieser Ebene zur Verfügung.

Der Saal 1 ist der beste Beweis für die hohe Flexibilität und die helle freundliche Atmosphäre des Convention Centers. Auf einer Fläche von 1.260 m² finden bis zu 1.140 Personen Platz. Room 1 is the best example of the high amount of flexibility and the „feel-good factor“ of the Conven-tion Center. Up to 1,140 people can easily fit into the 1,260 m² area.

Auf insgesamt 622 m² finden im Saal 3 bis zu 521 Personen Platz. Die Lichtverhältnisse sind auch hier individuell anpassbar – viel Tageslicht oder ganz dunkel, das geht alles! Man kann den Saal 3 schalldicht trennen. Das Ergebnis: 2 x 311 m² für jeweils bis zu 260 Personen. Audiences of up to 521 can be accommodated in Room 3, which offers 622 m² of space (approx. 7,000 ft²). When set up with classroom rows, seat capacity is 260. Room 3 can be partitioned off with a soundproof wall, creating two rooms of 311 m² (approx. 3,350 ft²) each, for up to 275 people per room.

Bühne, Backstage­Bereich und Raum für bis zu 852 Personen – das sind nur einige Vorteile des Saals 2. Der Saal bietet 718 ansteigende Plätze und bis zu 134 variable Plätze im Innenraum. Bodentiefe Fenster sorgen auch hier für aus-reichend Tageslicht.

Equipped with a stage plus backstage area and space for audiences of up to 852, Room 2 is perfect for high-impact events. It also offers fixed rows of seats for 718 persons and can be upscaled to accommodate an additional 120. Floor-length windows provide plenty of natural light (and can be darkened as needed).

Kleinere Räume runden das Raumangebot des Convention Centers ab und bieten die perfekten Möglichkeiten für Workshops und kleinere Veranstaltungen jeder Art. Die Konferenzräume lassen sich individuell aufteilen.

A variety of smaller rooms are also available at the Convention Center, providing an ideal setting for workshops and smale-scale events of all types. You can choose from 29 rooms offering 30 to 271 m² of space (approx. 323 to 2,917 ft²), for anywhere from 10 to 72 people. The rooms can also be partitioned off as required.

The Casablanca room provides the perfect setting for ground-floor meetings. If you need plenty of room you can use the entire space – or you can choose to partition it.

Das einladende Foyer im Erdgeschoss bietet seinen Besuchern den Zugang zum Restaurant-bereich des Five Continents, zur angrenzenden Halle 19/20 sowie zum Saal Casablanca. Alter-nativ können Sie das Foyer im Erdgeschoss und im Obergeschoss auch als Ausstellungs- und Cateringfläche nutzen.

The conference area of Hall 19 boasts two bright and airy foyers that are perfect for catering, especially in connection with conferences held in the adjacent conference rooms.

Der Tagungsbereich Halle 19/20 befindet sich im Norden des Messegeländes. Optional stehen bis zu 10 Räume zwischen 32 qm und 763 qm zur Verfügung. Das Herz-stück ist der Saal New York, der Platz für mehr als 800 Teilnehmer bietet. Kleine begleitende Ausstellungen sowie die Pausenverpflegungen Ihrer Teilnehmer können im Foyer oder dem Restaurant Five Continents durchgeführt werden. Der Tagungsbereich grenzt direkt an die Halle 19/20 und bietet somit auch beste Vorausset-zungen für Veranstaltungsformate, die Messeaus stellung und Konferenzprogramm miteinander verknüpfen.

The conference area in Hall 19/20 is located in the north of the exhibition center. Here, you have a choice of up to 10 rooms between 32 sqm and 763 sqm. The centerpiece is the room New York, which seats over 800 people. Small accompanying exhibitions as well as refreshments for participants can be held in the foyer or the restaurant Five Continents. The conference area is directly connected to the Hall 19/20 and therefore also offers the best conditions for event formats linking exhibitions and accompanying conferences.

Direkt neben Saal Sydney befindet sich Saal Tokyo. Im Saal ist Tageslicht vorhanden – ein optimaler Raum für kleine Besprechungen, Meetings, als VIP­Raum, Künstlergarderobe etc.

The Tokyo room is directly adjacent to Sydney. This room offers natural light and is perfect for small conferences and meetings or as a VIP area, performers’ dressing room, etc.

Saal Sydney befindet sich im Obergeschoss. Mit Tageslicht und einer mobilen Trennwand ausgestattet, eignet er sich optimal für Work-shops, kleinere Tagungen oder Besprechungen.

The Sydney room is on the upper floor. It offers natural light and a mobile partition, and can be set up for workshops, smaller conferences or meetings.

Die moderne Architektur des Saals und die lichte Raumhöhe von 9,75 m wird Sie schlicht-weg begeistern! Der Saal ist Ihnen zu groß? Eine mobile schalldichte Trennwand ermöglicht eine Teilung des Saals.
