Teleteaching, Teletraining und Tele-Engineering sind neue

Anwendungen der Informationstechnologien (IT). Mittels Internet

können alle Geschäftsprozesse eines Unternehmen miteinander

verbunden und Informationen von außen abgerufen bzw. verändert

werden. Dadurch wird das Anpassen von SPS-Programmen,

Inbetriebnahme von Anlagen, Teleservice und die Übertragung von

komplexen Produktionsdaten möglich.

Mit dem S7 EduTrainer IT Best.-Nr. 527423 erhalten Sie eine kompakte

Einheit, die sowohl als Master für die verteilte Intelligenz von

Steuerungsprojekten genutzt (Profibus-DP) als auch für das Erlernen

der Elemente des Teleteaching und Tele-Engineering (Ethernet)

eingesetzt werden kann.

Der im Kommunikationsprozessor integrierte Web-Server gestattet den

Zugriff auf System- und Prozessdaten über den Web-Browser. Die

E-Mail-Funktion des CP ermöglicht der S7-300 elektronische

Nachrichten an übergeordnete Systeme zu senden.

2. Aufbau und Funktion


Die Einheit im ER-Format ist für den Einsatz in den Aufnahmerahmen

des Festo Didactic Labormöbelsystems, auf der blauen Stecktafel oder

Profilplatte bzw. als Tischgerät geeignet und besteht aus folgenden

Komponenten:

• Simatic S7 315-2DP

• Kommunikationsprozessor Simatic CP 343-1 IT (Ethernet-Modul mit

integriertem Web-Server)

Die Spannungsversorgung muß über eine externe 24 V DC-Quelle

erfolgen. Dafür bieten sich die Netzgeräte von Festo Didactic an, die als

Einschubvariante für den ER-Aufnahmerahmen oder als Tischvariante

verfügbar sind. Für den Einsatz des S7 EduTrainer IT auf der

Profilplatte sind 4 Adapter Best.-Nr. 323571 notwendig.

Im Lieferumfang sind weiterhin enthalten:

• S7/Step7-Dokumentation auf CD-ROM

• CD-ROM “Simatic IT-Lösungen für die Ausbildung”

• CD-ROM „Beispiele für die Ausbildung mit Step 7, AS-Interface und

Profibus-DP sowie PPT-Shows über AS-Interface, Verteilte

Automation mit Profibus-DP und Ventilinseln“

Das Kernstück ist die CD-ROM “Simatic IT-Lösungen für die Ausbildung”

mit ausführlichen Informationen zu Teleteaching und Tele-Engineering,

zu Einsatzbeispielen und -szenarien aus der Schulpraxis für die

Schulpraxis bis zur kompletten Anleitung für den Aufbau eines

Teleteaching-Arbeitsplatzes mit Simatic.

Die weitere CD-ROM enthält Beispiele für die Ausbildung mit Step 7,

AS-Interface und Profibus-DP sowie PPT-Shows über AS-Interface,

Verteilte Automation mit Profibus-DP und Ventilinseln.

3. Funktionsbeschreibung des Kommunikations-

prozessors CP 343-1 IT


Der CP 343-1 IT ist die Kommunikationsbaugruppe der

SIMATIC S7-300 für Industrial Ethernet.

Mit einem eigenen Prozessor entlastet er die CPU von

Kommunikationsaufgaben und ermöglicht weitere zusätzliche

Verbindungen.

Kommunikationsmöglichkeiten der S7-300 über CP 343-1 IT mit:

• Programmiergeräten, Rechnern, Bedien- und Beobachtungsgeräten

• anderen SIMATIC S7-Systemen

• SIMATIC S5-Automatisierungsgeräten

• Einbindung in die Informationstechnik (IT) über E-Mail und Web-

Browser

Der CP 343-1 IT kann in sein Filesystem neben HTML-Seiten auch z. B.

Maschinendokumentation oder Anwenderhilfen aufnehmen.

Der CP 343-1 IT wickelt den Datenverkehr über Industrial Ethernet

selbständig ab. Die Baugruppe besitzt einen eigenen Prozessor. Die

Schichten 1 bis 4 entsprechen den internationalen Standards.

Der Multiprotokollbetrieb der Transportprotokolle ISO und TCP/IP ist

möglich.

Der CP 343-1 IT arbeitet im Multiprotokollbetrieb für folgende

Kommunikationsdienste:

Mit Hilfe der PG/OP-Kommunikation können alle am Netz

angeschlossenen S7-Stationen fernprogrammiert werden.

Mit Hilfe von S7-Routing ist es möglich, die PG/OP-Kommunikation

netzwerkübergreifend zu nutzen.

Zur Anbindung der S7-300 (nur Server) an S7-400 (Server und Client),

Bedien- und Beobachtungsgeräten und PCs (CP 1613 mit S7-1613 oder

SOFTNET-S7).

Die Kommunikation erfolgt ohne weitere Projektierung auf dem

CP 343-1 IT.

3. Funktionsbeschreibung des Kommunikationsprozessors CP 343-1 IT


Auf der Basis der Schicht 4 eine einfache und optimierte Schnittstelle

für die Datenkommunikation.

Es können bis zu 8 Kbyte in einem Aufruf übertragen werden.

Mit dieser Schnittstelle können

• ISO-Transport

• TCP-Transport mit RFC 1006 (z. B. CP 1430 TCP) oder ohne RFC1006

und

• UDP als Übertragungsprotokoll des CP 343-1 IT genutzt werden.

S5-kompatible Kommunikation wird für die Kommunikation zu SIMATIC

S5, SIMATIC S7-400/-300 und Rechnern/PC eingesetzt. Die

erforderlichen Funktionsaufrufe sind Bestandteil von NCM S7 für

Industrial Ethernet und in das S7-Anwenderprogramm einzubinden.

Über S5-kompatible Kommunikation mit FETCH/WRITE ist ein direkter

Zugriff auf die CPU-Daten wie bei dem CP1430 möglich. Vorhandene

HMI-Systeme können so weiter verwendet werden.

• Web-Server; HTML-Seiten können über Standard-Browser abgerufen

werden

• Standard-Webseiten; zur Beobachtung der S7-300-Steuerung. Die

Seiten können mit beliebigen HTML-Tools erstellt werden

• E-Mails; Versendung von E-Mails aus dem Anwenderprogramm

heraus über FC-Aufrufe

Der S7 EduTrainer IT ist nach dem heutigen Stand der Technik und den

anerkannten sicherheitstechnischen Regeln gebaut. Dennoch können

bei dessen unsachgemäßer Verwendung Gefahren für Leib und Leben

des Benutzers oder Dritter und Beeinträchtigungen des EduTrainers

entstehen. Der S7 EduTrainer IT sind daher nur zu benutzen

• für die bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung im Lehr- und

Ausbildungsbetrieb

• in sicherheitstechnisch einwandfreiem Zustand

Störungen, die die Sicherheit beeinträchtigen können, sollten beim

Schulungsbetrieb nicht erzeugt werden und sind umgehend zu

beseitigen.


1. Introduction


Teleteaching, teletraining and tele-engineering are new applications in

information technology (IT). With the help of the Internet, it is possible

to join together all the business procedures of a company and call up or

change information externally. This facilitates the adaptation of PLC

programmes, the commissioning of systems, teleservice and the

transmission of complex production data.

With the S7 EduTrainer IT Order No. 527423, you have a compact unit,

which can be used as a master for the decentralised intelligence of

control projects (Profibus-DP) and for learning the element of

teleteaching and tele-engineering (Ethernet).

The web server integrated into the communication processor permits

access to system and process data via the web browser and the CP

e-mail function enables the S7-300 to transmit electronic messages.

2. Design and function


The unit in ER format is suitable for use on the cabinet frames of the

Festo Didactic Learnline system, on the blue plug-in boards or slotted

assembly boards or as a table unit and consists of the following

components:

• Simatic S7 315-2DP

• Communication processor Simatic CP 343-1 IT (Ethernet module

with integrated web server)

The voltage supply must be effected via an external 24 V DC source. The

power supply units from Festo Didactic are suitable for this and are

available in the form of a function card variant for ER cabinet frames or

as a table variant. 4 adapters Order No. 323571 are required if the S7

EduTrainer IT is to be used on a slotted assembly board.

The core item is the CD-ROM “Simatic IT solutions for training” with

detailed information regarding teleteaching and tele-engineering,

application examples and practical classroom situations for practice in

the classroom, plus complete instructions for the design of a

teleteaching workstation with Simatic.

The additional CD-ROM contains examples for training with Step 7,

AS-interface and Profibus-DP as well as PPT presentations via

AS-interface, decentralised automation using Profibus-DP and valve

terminals.

3. Functional description of the communication

processor CP 343-1 IT


The CP 343-1 IT is the communication module of the

SIMATIC S7-300 for Industrial Ethernet.

With its own processor, it frees the CCU of communication functions and

facilitates additional connections.

Communication options of the S7-300 via CP 343-1 IT with:

• Programming devices, computers, control and monitoring devices

• Other SIMATIC S7 systems

• SIMATIC S5 automation equipment

• Integration into information technology (IT) via e-mail and web

browser

Apart from HTML pages, the CP 343-1 IT file system can for example also

incorporate machine documentation or user help.

The CP 343-1 IT processes the data exchange independently via

Industrial Ethernet. The module has it own processor. Levels 1 to 4

correspond to international standards.

Multiprotocol mode of the transport protocols ISO and TCP/IP is

possible.

The CP 343-1 IT operates the following communication services in

multiprotocol mode:

With the help of PG/OP communication, all S7 stations connected to the

network can be programmed remotely.

With the help of S7 routing, it is possible to make use of PG/OP

communication throughout the network.

For the connection of the S7-300 (server only) to the S7-400 (server and

client), control and monitoring devices and PCs (CP 1613 with S7-1613

or SOFTNET-S7).

Communication is effected on the CP 343-1 IT without any further

configuration.

3. Functional description of the communication processor CP 343-1 IT


A simple and optimised interface for data communication based on

level 4.

Up to 8 kByte can be transmitted in one call.

The following can be made use of with this interface

• ISO transport

• TCP transport with RFC 1006 (e.g. CP 1430 TCP),or without RFC1006

and

• UDP as transmission protocol of the CP 343-1 IT.

S5 compatible communication is used for communication with SIMATIC

S5, SIMATIC S7-400/-300 and computers/PCs. The required function

calls are a component part of NCM S7 for Industrial Ethernet and need

to be incorporated into the S7 user program.

As in the case of the CP1430, direct access is possible to CCU data via

S5-compatible communication using FETCH/WRIT. Existing HMI systems

can therefore continued to be used.

• Web server; HTML pages can be called up via the standard browser

• Standard web pages; for the monitoring of the S7-300 controller.

5. Programming software, documentation, teachware


The S7 315-2DP can be programmed using the programming software

STEP 7 to EN 61131.

A cable with adapter Order No. 184555 is required to connect the S7

EduTrainer IT to the serial interface of the PC via the MPI interface of

the CPU .

The S7 EduTrainer IT is designed to the latest state of the art

technology and is in compliance with recognised safety regulations.

However, if used incorrectly, there is a danger of injury or fatality to the

user or third parties and of damage to the EduTrainer. The

S7 EduTrainer IT should therefore only be used

• For its intended use in teaching and training establishments

• In absolutely safe condition

Malfunctions which may impair safety should not occur during training

and if so should be rectified immediately.
