Die HSD SpA wurde im Jahr 1991 gegründet und ist heute eine feste Größe im modernen Maschinebau. Die Stärke der HSD SpA liegt in der Kombination einer hohen Qualität gepaart mit Innovativität und einer marktausgerichteter Orientierung.

Die HSD S.p.A. ist Hersteller einer der weltweit größten Produktpalette von Hochfrequenzspindeln mit und ohne pneumatischen Werkzeugwechselsystemen, 2-Achs Fräsköpfen, CNC-Bohrköpfen, Aggregaten und Zubehör für den Metall, Holz, Composite, Kunststoff, Aluminium, Stein, Marmor und Glasmaschinebau.Basierend auf einer jährlich hergestellten Stückzahl von mehreren Tausend Stück sind wir in der Lage eine Vielzahl verschiedenster Hochfrequenzspindeln in den Leistungsklassen von 0,4 kW bis 35 kW in höchst möglicher Qualität für die unterschiedlichste Applikationen zu produzieren. Die Einsatzbereiche der HF-Spindeln gehen über leichte Bearbeitungen in Kunststoff bis hin zu Schwerlastbearbeitungen in Metall. Eine größtmögliche Spanne an unterschiedlichen Drehmomenten garantieren bei der Bearbeitung unterschiedlichster Materialien höchste Präzision und absolute Zuverlässigkeit.Das “HSD Water Loss Distributor System” ist ein patentiertes Verfahren, dass es ermöglicht durch das Werkzeug zu kühlen. Durch den Einsatz von unterschiedlichen am Markt gängigen Encoder-Systemen ist jederzeit eine Kommunikation der Spindel mit der Steuerung möglich um die Drehzahlen, das Drehmoment und die Position abzufragen.

HSD offers a wide range of Electroheads and Electrospindles for metal, aluminium, marble and glass-working machining.Manufactured by the thousand for a large number of applications, the quick-change liquid cooled Electrospindles feature a vast range of powers and working speeds without foregoing high levels of reliability.Drive motors cover a very wide range, the smallest being the 0.4kW ES338 which is mainly used for grinding operations, while the largest is the 35kW ES750 used for heavy-duty applications; suitable rated torque ratios guarantee high machining precision and excellent performance.The HSD Water Loss Distributor (HSD Patent) assists heavy-duty machining operations, as it allows the coolant to be supplied directly to the tool.When present, the Encoder communicates very easily with the Numerical Control to allow precise torque, speed and position control.
