General
Test Benches
ZENNER® water-meter test benches not onlymeet the guidelines and requirements of thePTB (Physikalisch-Technische Bundesanstalt,Germany), but also international standards.They can withstand a pressure minimum of up to25 bar, are made of stainless material.
The test benches can easily be operated and aresuitable for operating temperatures up to 90 °C.The flow rate ranges from 6 to 16,000 l/h and themaximum loading capacity is 44 meters, forexample with a total length of 110 mm. The testbenches are suitable for sizes DN 15 to DN 40meters.

The Basic Model
The test bench we recommend as a basic model isfitted for connecting 4 rows of meters for testing. Itis possible, too to supply the traditional testbenches with two rows or a single test bench. Theadvantage of the basic model is that it is fitted with3 empty pipes which can be quickly replaced withthe appropriate clamping kit, if necessary.
The test bench is fitted with the followingcomponents:
