The time-tested elements of the modular system represent the perfect solution and consist of only a few individual parts.

GK Blechkabelbahn Typ BKB wird auch als Marine-bahn bezeichnet und hat ihren Ursprung in der Pro-duktnorm VG 88900-1 *). Die GK Blechkabelbahnen werden in zwei Ausführungen (gemäß oder ähnlich VG-Norm) aus längs- und quer gelochtem, zwei Meter langen Blechen mit seitlichen Abkantungen gefertigt. Sie eignen sich insbesondere für eine Platz sparende Montage einer Kabeltrasse. Die Langlöcher dienen der Befestigung der Kabel mit kunststoffbeschichte-ten Metallkabelbindern. Die BKB wird in vier verschiedenen Materialien ange-boten: Stahl verzinkt, Niro oder aus Aluminium. Auch Materialbeistellungen sind nach Absprache möglich.

GK‘s sheet steel cable rack, type BKB, also known as “Marinebahn“ [“naval rack“] originated from the product standard VG 88900-1*). GK sheet steel cable racks are manufactured in two models (in accordance with or similar to the VG standard) from longitudinally or transversely perforated, two metre long sheets of steel with canted profile sides. They are particularly suitable for installing space-saving cable trays. The elongated holes are used to fasten the cables with plastic-coated metal straps. BKB is offered in four different types of material galvanised steel, stainless steel or aluminium. Custom made solutions are also possible with provided material by the client.

GK Leicht Kabelbahnen Typ LKB zeichnen sich durch ein geringes Eigengewicht aus und werden überall dort eingesetzt, wo Gewicht eingespart werden soll, und die mechanischen Anforderungen gering sind. Der Aufbau der LKB besteht aus je zwei Meter langen Seitenholmen aus einem Profil 25 x 3 mm. Die LKB verfügt über acht Sprossen, die als trapezförmiges Profil ausgebildet sind. Parallel zur Verlegerichtung sind die Trapezstege mit Langlöchern versehen, die eine fachgerechte Befestigung der Kabel mit kunst-stoffbeschichteten Metallkabelbindern sicherstellen.

GK‘s light-duty cable racks, type LKB, have a low dead weight. They are used wherever weight must be saved and the mechanical requirements are low. The LKB consists of two-metre long side beams with a profile of 25 x 3 mm. The LKB has eight staves with a trapezoid profile. The trapezoid crosspieces have been fitted with long holes parallel to the direction of installation. These holes ensure that cables can be professionally fastened with plastic-coated metal straps.

GK Leicht Z Kabelbahn Typ LZB ist eine leichte, beid-seitig mit Kabeln belegbare Kabelleiterbahn. Der Aufbau der LZB besteht aus je drei Meter lan-gen Seitenholmen aus einem Profil 35 x 3 mm mit Langloch 9 x 40 mm. Die LZB verfügt über zehn Sprossen, die als Z-förmiges Profil ausgebildet sind. Parallel zur Verlegerichtung sind die Z-Stege beidsei-tig mit Langlöchern versehen, die eine fachgerechte Befestigung der Kabel mit kunststoffbeschichteten Metallkabelbindern auf der Ober- und Unterseiten si-cherstellen. Durch das Baukastensystem lässt sich diese Bahn ohne Schweiß- und Bohrarbeiten einfach und sicher montieren. Parallel zur Verlegerichtung sind die Trapezstege mit Langlö-chern versehen, die eine fachgerechte Befestigung der Kabel mit kunststoffbeschichteten Metallkabel-bindern sicherstellen.Eine Variante der NKB mit un-ten angesetzten Trapezstegen Typ NKB-U ermöglicht eine Platz sparende Montage der Kabeltrasse. Durch das Baukastensystem lässt sich diese Bahn ohne Schweiß- und Bohrarbeiten einfach und sicher montieren. Die NKB wird in fünf verschiedenen Ma-terialien angeboten.

GK Z-Kabelbahn Typ ZKB ist eine beidseitig mit Ka-beln belegbare Kabelleiterbahn. Der Aufbau der ZKB besteht aus je drei Meter langen Seitenholmen (un-gelocht oder mit Langloch 9 x 40 mm) aus einem Pro-fil 40 x 5 mm. Die ZKB verfügt über zehn Sprossen, die als Z-förmiges Profil ausgebildet sind. Parallel zur Verlegerichtung sind die Z-Stege beidseitig mit Lang-löchern versehen, die eine fachgerechte Befestigung der Kabel mit kunststoffbeschichteten Metallkabel-bindern auf der Ober- und Unterseiten sicherstellen.

GK‘s Z-cable rack, type ZKB, is a cable rack on which cables can be laid on both sides. The ZKB con-sists of three-metre long side beams (unperforated or with elongated holes of 9 x 40 mm) with a profile of 40 x 5 mm. The ZKB has ten staves with a Z-shaped profile. The Z-shaped crosspieces have been fitted on both sides with elongated holes parallel to the di-rection of installation. These holes ensure that cables can be professionally fastened both above and below with plastic-coated metal straps.

Die SKB verfügt über zehn Sprossen, die als stabiles, tra-pezförmiges Profil ausgebildet sind. Parallel zur Ver-legerichtung sind die Trapezstege mit Langlöchern versehen, die eine fachgerechte Befestigung der Ka-bel mit kunststoffbeschichteten Metallkabelbindern sicherstellen.Durch das Baukastensystem lässt sich diese Bahn ohne Schweiß- und Bohrarbeiten einfach und sicher montieren. Die SKB wird in fünf verschie-denen Materialien angeboten.

GK Rohrtüllen sind als Kantenschutz für Leitungen in kreisrunden Öffnungen konzipiert. GK Rohrtüllen sind einfach mit leichten Schlägen montiert. Aufwendiges Entgraten der Schnittkanten entfällt und spart somit wertvolle Arbeitszeit. GK Rohrtüllen werden aus grauem, schlagfestem Kunststoff (PE LD/HD) her-gestellt. Unterschiedliche Größen und Typen stehen für verschiedene metrische oder zöllige Systeme zur Verfügung. Die Länge der Tüllen variiert je nach Anwendung und ermöglicht auch die Verwendung in Dünnblech. Die nachstehenden Tabellen geben einen Überblick der angebotenen Typen und Maße.

GK‘s pipe sockets have been designed as an edge protector for cables in round openings. GK‘s pipe sockets are easy to install, requiring only light blows. No more laborious trimming of cut edges required, saving valuable working time. GK‘s pipe sockets are made of grey, shock-resistant plastic (PE LD/HD). Different types and sizes are available for different inch or metric systems. The length of the socket varies depending on its use, enabling it to be used for thin sheets as well. The following tables give an overview of the types and sizes offered.
