Transactions

SERV’s Transparency Policy

It is SERV's policy to publish all category A and B projects as well as all other transactions with a

delivery value of at least CHF 10 million. Nevertheless, SERV obtains the exporter's and financing

institution's consent before publishing any data. Should the exporter and / or the financing institu-

tion not want details of the transaction to be made public, we require that justification be provided.

In most cases competition is given as the reason for refusing publication. If we do not have the

exporter's and / or the financing institution's permission to publish, we mention – without any details

– that a transaction has been covered.

Insurance Commitments in Principle

We publish all insurance commitments in principle with a delivery value of at least CHF 10 million.

These projects were all under review and no final commitment to grant support had been made atthe time of publication. Not all commitments in principle are transformed into insurance policies.

Insurance Polici es

Projects with a delivery value of at least CHF 10 million, for which cover has been granted, can be

found in this list. Not all insurance policies were transformed from commitments in principle.

Comparability with other Reports

These lists may not correspond with any other report published by SERV or any other entity.

Transactions that have been assessed under the Common Approaches for Officially Supported

Export Credits and Environmental and Social Due Diligence and those notified to the OECD under

these rules are marked accordingly.

Categorisation

All transactions that fall under the Common Approaches for Officially Supported Export Credits

and Environmental and Social Due Diligence are assessed under these rules and are divided into

A, B, C or the so-called „no“ category transactions. All other transactions are reviewed under a

SERV-internal environmental and social assessment.
