Erstmals wird das St. Moritz Gourmet Festival zum 25-jährigen Festivaljubiläum über neun Tage – inklusive zwei Wochenenden – und früher im Monat, von Freitag bis Samstag, 12.–20. Januar 2018, stattfinden. In der Mitte des Festivals erfolgt ein Stabwechsel, dann übernimmt die zweite Abordnung der insgesamt zehn Gastköche. Das eröffnet Fein-schmeckern bereits zum Jahresauftakt mehr Möglichkeiten für einzigartige Genusserlebnisse mit noch mehr Abwechslung beim Besuch dieses bereits legendären und spannenden Genussevents.

For the first time in history and in order to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the St.Moritz Gourmet Festival the jubilee festival will take place over nine days – including two weekends – and it will also start earlier in the year from 12.–20.01.2018. A change over will happen in the middle of the festival: then the second delegation of the guest chefs will take over. This will open up more opportunities for gour- mets to enjoy unique culinary pleasure with even more variety by visiting this already legendary and exciting event.

Als Gastkoch unseres Küchenchefs Fabrizio Zanetti kommt der preisgekrönte Chefkoch Julien Royer. Er ist Miteigentümer vom Restaurant Odette, einem mit 2-Michelin-Sternen gekrönten, modernen, französischen Restaurant, das sich in der ikonischen National Gallery Singapore befindet. Die «Essential Cuisine», Royer's Gerichte, sind ehrlich und raffiniert in ihrer Einfachheit und präsentieren einige der besten Produkte aus der ganzen Welt, alle mit seiner zarten und beständig zurückhaltenden Note versehen. Im Jahr 2017 führte er Odette auf Platz 9 der 50 besten Restaurants Asiens 2017 – der beste Neueinstieg in dieser Liste.

Award-winning Chef Julien Royer will come to the festival as a guest chef of Fabrizio Zanetti. He is co- owner of Odette, a 2-Michelin starred Modern French restaurant located at the iconic National Gallery Singapore. Termed “Essential Cuisine”, Royer’s dishes are honest and refined in their simplicity, showcasing some of the best produce from around the world, all treated with his signature delicate and astutely re- strained touch. In 2017, he led Odette to its historic debut on the Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants 2017 list at 9th place – the highest new entry of the list.
