Zusammenfassung - Aufgrund des Generating Antibiotic Incentives Now (GAIN)
Acts wird die Entwicklung neuer Antibiotika beschleunigt und begünstigt
- Dalbavancin und Oritavancin sind (Lipo-)Glycopeptide mit langer Halbwertszeit, die für eine einmalige bzw. zweimalige Verabreichung ausreicht
- Tedizolid ist ein neues Oxazolidinonderivat mit im Vergleich zu Linezolid längerer Halbwertszeit und niedriger MHK
- Ceftobiprol und Ceftolozan sind neue Cephalosporine mit erweitertem Wirkspektrum und geringem Nebenwirkungs-potential
- Die Kombination von Ceftolozan mit Tazobactam sowie von Ceftazidim mit Avibactam ermöglicht die Behandlung von mehrfach resistenten gramnegativen Erregern
