• 340 cows, 2 million litres of milk a year, • 330 hectares of land - 30 hectares their own

and, 300 hectares in concession. Produces wheat, corn, soya, clover, almost everything necessary for their cattle,even something for sale.

2005 – starting milk production

• 2005 - credit loan for infrastructure• Building the milking site and cowsheds• Import of heifers from Germany.• Planting apple orchards on 5 hectares.

• Eleven years of business were enough to pay off the credit loan and gain some profit.

• Marketing is not important in our company because we produce raw materials so , owing to Croatian agricultural policy , we are trade with one buyer.

Success

• Success is due to persistency, deprivation, readiness to take a risk, moderate optimism and ability to recognize signals from the market which are nowadays more and more difficult to recognize.

• When working with animals, it is necessary to respect them which gradualy turns into love which enables you to recognise and meet their.

• It is necessary that everybody does his part of the job correctly.

• Everything should be subdued to clearly set objectives and sometimes we should be ready to take a risk.

• This is job for 365 days a year and there is no place for improvisation.
