Kunde: GEA Heat Exchangers
Herausforderung: Die Lagerung von langen Metall-rohren für die Herstellung von Wärmetauschern. Die
Länge der Metall-Rohre betrug max. 8200mm. Diese
sehr langen Rohre sind sehr schwer zu lagern und
wurden auf dem Boden neben der Sägemaschine hin-
gelegt. Dies war eine gefährliche Situation für die
Mitarbeiter und für die Materialien. Sie brauchten ein
System, dass auf der gleichen Fläche alle Rohr-
Materialien sicher lagern konnten.
Lösung: Wir haben unser "JUMBO"-Storage-System auf
die Bedürfnisse der GEA angepasst. Die Länge des Speichersystems ist 8000mm mit der Unterstützung
mehrerer Arme. Eine Schublade kann 1000 Kg spei-
chern, es gibt 6 Schubladen und ein Dach, um zusätz-
liche Materialien zu lagern. Jede Schublade ist 720 x
200 groß. Dies reicht aus, um das Material zu lagern.
Das System wurde an der Wand installiert und die
großen Rohr-Pakete können aufgrund der ausziehba-
ren Schubladen ohne Probleme gelagert werden.

Challenge: Storage of long metal tubes for the produc-
tion of heat exchangers. Length of the metal-tubes are
max 8200mm. These very long tubes are very hard to
stock and were put on the ground next to the sawing
machines. This was creating a dangerous situation for
employees and the materials. They needed a system that
could be installed on the same floor area and could stock
all the tube material in a safe way.
Solution: We redesigned our “JUMBO” storage systems
to the needs of GEA. The length of the storage system is
8000mm with multiple support arms. 1000 Kg per draw-
ers, 6 drawers + a roof-top to put extra material. Each
drawers is 720 x 200, which is enough to store all the
material. The system is installed against the wall and
due to the pull-out drawers the large tube packages can
be stocked save and without any problems.
