Minireflex – Reflektoren werden

insbesondere bei Laser-Applikati-

onen eingesetzt wo der Lichtstrahl

sehr fein ist. Herkömmliche

Reflektoren mit großen Prismen

erzeugen hier Störungen und

können bei kleinsten Bewegungen

zu einem Signalspringen führen.

Bei den Minireflex Reflektoren

sind auf der gleichen Fläche eine

Vielzahl von mikrostrukturierten

Prismen angeordnet, die ein

konstantes Rückstrahl-Signal

garantieren.

Eingesetzt in Lebensmittelanlagen,

bei der Klarglas-Detektion oder

zum Detektieren von sehr feinen

Strukturen.

Minireflex – Les réflecteurs sont

surtout utilisés pour les applications

au laser lorsque le rayon lumineux

est très fin. Les réflecteurs conven-

tionnels avec de grands prismes

produisent ici des interférences et

peuvent entraîner lors de mouve-

ments minimes des sautillements

du signal. Sur les réflecteurs

Minireflex, on trouve sur une

même surface une multitude

de prismes à microstructures

garantissant un signal de réflexion

constant.

Ils sont utilisés dans les installations

de l’industrie agroalimentaire, pour

la détection de verre transparent

ou la détection de structures très

fines.

Minireflex – reflectors are especially

used in laser applications where

the beam of light is very narrow.

Traditional reflectors with large

prisms generate interference here

– which lead to signal fluctuations

when vibration of the installation

occurs. With Minireflex reflectors

there are a multitude of micro-

structured prisms molded into

the same area, which guarantee

a constant reflection signal.

Minireflex are used in food and

beverage equipment, in the clear

glass detection or generally in the

detection of very fine structures.

Product

The T-5500 is a weather-resistent, self-adhesive,

retro-reflective tape with high reflection values.

The reflective effect is achieved by means of

catadioptric acting glass beads encapsulated in

a translucent plastic layer.


Amongst others the T-5500 tape can be used

for many traffic sign applications, for danger

signs, warning markings and information signs.

The tape is suitable for long-term outdoor use

(ten years).

bende retroreflektierende Folie mit sehr feiner

Prismenstruktur. Sie ist aufgrund der engen

Strahlkeule speziell für Anwendungen in der

Sensorik geeignet.

Anwendungsbereich

Die sehr homogene und feine Struktur der Folie

3010 macht sie besonders für nicht polarisiertes

Laserlicht bzw. nicht polarisiertes LED-Licht

tauglich. Ein Signalspringen wird aufgrund der

hohen Prismendichte auch bei sehr kleinen

Lichtfleck-Durchmessern vermieden.

The 3010 is a micro-prismatic, self-adhesive,retro-reflective tape with a very fine prismstructure. With a narrow return beam club it isparticularly suitable for applications in sensortechnology.


The very homogeneous and fine structure ofthe 3010 tape makes it particularly suitable fornon-polarised laser light or non-polarised LEDlight. Fluctuations of the return signal are avoided as a result of the high prism densityeven when very small light beam diameters areinvolved.

applications in sensor technology.


Due to its special construction the T-1000L

tape is particularly suitable for polarised and
