Vorwort

Unter dem Thema Imkerei und Honigbiene im Spannungsfeld von Gesellschaft, Wirtschaft und Umwelt werden von nationalen und internationalen Experten die veränderten Rahmenbedingungen der Imkerei, Aspekte zur Gesundheit der Honigbiene und zur Apitherapie vorgestellt und diskutiert.

Am ersten Tag werden die gesellschaftlichen und politischen Entwicklungen und ihre Auswirkungen auf Zusammenhang mit Imkerei und Bienen im Vordergrund stehen. Hauptthema am zweiten Tag wird die Gesundheit des Bienenvolkes sein. Am dritten Tag geht es um Apitherapie, vor allem um die Frage, ob Öko-Imkerei die hohen Anforderungen an die dafür erforderliche Qualität der Bienenprodukte gewährleisten kann.

Nutzen Sie den Erfahrungsaustausch mit Experten aus Wirtschaft, Wissenschaft, Politik und Praxis.

ForewordUnder the theme of beekeeping and honeybees in the context of social, economic and environmental conflict, national and international experts will present and dis-cuss the changing conditions of beekeeping, various aspects of honeybee health, and apitherapy.

The first day will focus on social and political developments and their impact on bee-keeping and bees. The main topic on the second day will be the health of the bee colony. The third day will be devoted to apitherapy, especially to the question of whether organic beekeeping can guarantee the high quality of bee products required for this purpose.

Take the opportunity to exchange experience with practitioners and experts from business, science and politics.
