Select a pre-defined lead form. Using the app, scan

visitor tickets or business cards and store all important

data in a flash.

You can then “flesh out” the lead form as you speak

with the customer. The integrated signature function

allows you to use the touchscreen to get the

necessary permission to use the customer’s data.

A follow-up e-mail of your choice is then sent to your

new contact – right when customer interest is peaking.

All data is immediately available to your sales team for

further processing because the leads gathered are

synced with the web portal.

several leads in a row, without having to fill out a lead

sheet or having to send a follow-up e-mail for each one.

With “Speed Lead” – which is an integral part of the

AddLeads application – exhibitors enjoy greater flexibility

Lead management data interface

Exhibitors wishing to have electronic access to their captured visitor registration data but who

do not wish to use the app-based AddLeads application for lead management have the option

of paying to use a special data interface. This is a standardized interface for visitor registration

data as used by Deutsche Messe. It can transmit visitor details scanned from ticket barcodes.

The exhibitor scans each ticket using his/her own equipment, and sends a unique customer

number to the data interface. A Deutsche Messe web server then transmits the given visitor’s

data as stored in Deutsche Messe’s visitor database. If exhibitors wish to assign the data

processing task to a service provider, instead, they can do so by formally naming the party

involved.

Data interface for visitor data capture

Provision of a standardized interface for access to visitor registration data as collected by

Deutsche Messe, as triggered by the scanning of ticket barcodes for stand visitors.

Price for 2017: € 10,300

Upon booking the interface, exhibitors receive detailed instructions (currently 32 pages long).

Access to the data interface is then activated via the exhibitor’s technical expert or, if

applicable, in communication with the particular subcontractor named by the exhibitor as

responsible for the task.
