Aufheizzeit / heating-up time [h] ≤ 50 mm ≤ 100 mm
1. 2. > 8 h
15°C/h20°C/h
5°C/h8 h
Gültig für die Erstaufheizung
der genannten Produktgruppen.
Beispiele für die Erstaufheizung von
verschiedenen Wandstärken auf 800°C
1. bis 50 mm
2. bis 100 mm
Gesamtstärke aller ungetrockneten
monolithischen Feuerfest-Produkte.
Beim Aufheizen die maximale Anwen-
dungstemperatur nicht überschreiten!
Nach Aufheizen die Betriebstempera-
tur 12-24 h halten. Diese Aufheizvor-
schrift ist eine produktbezogene, allge-meine Richtlinie für das Erstaufheizen
der betreffenden Produkte unter Ideal-
bedingungen. Eine Anpassung an die
Gegebenheiten am Ort der Zustellung ist
daher immer erforderlich. Beachten Sie
bitte unbedingt unsere „Hinweise zur Auf-
heizung monolithischer Feuerfestprodukte“.
Valid for the initial heating-up
of the named productgroups.
Examples for the initial heating-up
of various lining thicknesses to 800°C
1. up to 50 mm
2. up to 100 mm
total thickness of all undried monolithic
refractory products.
Do not exceed the maximum service
temperature when heating-up! After
heating-up hold the operation tempe-
rature for 12-24 h. This initial-heating-
up instruction is a general guideline forthe initial heating-up procedure of the res-
pective products under ideal conditions.
The actual conditions may vary so that
the heating up-curve always has to be
adjusted. Please take notice of our
“remarks on the heating-up of monolithic
refractories”.
