新春感言379

再过不久，我们就将迎来2020年庚子鼠年，也叫金鼠年。值此辞旧迎新之际，我谨代表吉隆坡暨雪兰莪中华总商会（隆雪中总）全体同仁，感谢大家于

过去一年来的支持，也提前给诸位致以最真诚的新年祝

福！

在2019年里，尽管国内面对许多不稳定的外围因素，包括贸易紧张局势、金融市场波动、地缘政治风

险，加上国内消费谨慎的影响，但马来西亚特别是雪兰

莪仍然是外资重视的市场。在《2020年全球营商环境报告》中，马来西亚位居世界第12位，东盟国家第2位。

在面临左右着企业前进的挑战，商家应该沉稳应

对，并且具备勇于创新及尝试的精神，但前提是我们必

须已做好准备，正所谓“工欲善其事，必先利其器”。

再说，机会永远只给予那些做好准备的人，成功也总不

会自动前来敲门。

而作为华人工商界的重要代表团体，隆雪中总与马

来西亚中华总商会（中总）将继续与政府及相关部门维

持良好的积极互动关系，就国家和商界面临的问题和挑

战，提出反馈及交换意见，也在马中两国的经贸交流中

感

言发挥居中协调和桥梁作用，为双边企业提供更多面对面

的交流平台，以促进中资企业在马来西亚投资发展，并

探索推动马来西亚拓展海外市场的新途径。

如今，“一带一路”倡议推进双边关系下的合作共

赢和共同发展，也提供中小企业开拓市场、制造商机及

创造价值的合作机会，而我国位于东南亚中心地带，独

特的区位优势与特殊的文化环境，不仅使得马来西亚成

为东南亚地区的中心点，也成为东西方汇聚的“十字路

口”。因此，我们应当把握优势，争取发展的先机。

在此，我想一提的是，中总已成功申办2021年第16届世界华商大会，并在英国伦敦举行的第15届世界华商大会闭幕礼上接过会旗。这是中总继2003年主办第7届世界华商大会后，第2次成功申办有关大会。第16届世界华商大会将全力以赴推动马来西亚和东盟区域成为世

界经济舞台的焦点，并促进八方华商的互惠合作。届时

欢迎全球华商前来吉隆坡参与其盛。

为了呼吁更多人响应环保，本会女企业家组于2019年12月7日（星期六）上午11时在本会1楼研讨室，举办一项“行动吧！环保从生活点滴做起”分享

会。分享会入场免费，但是为了鼓励出席者参与环保

活动，此分享会邀请出席者携带一件旧衣服（衬衫或T恤）供捐献予慈善团体进行回收与再循环。

分享会由本会女企业家组主任潘斯里陈秋霞主持，

她与出席者分享旧服饰的配搭以及对食物取舍之道。此

外，本会也邀请到Haven Lifestyle总经理黄良威（澳洲著名品牌Sheridan负责人），畅谈“绿色环保及床单回收概况”。同时，潘斯里陈秋霞也与主讲人轻松聊及从事

其行业者所涉及的各方面概况与经验，供有兴趣创业的

马来西亚全国总商会总秘书拿督卢成全于2019年11月14日，在中总会议厅召开“建议修订2017年马来西亚就业保险制度法令（800法令）”咨询会议，与就业保险制度总执行长Dato’ Mohd Sahar进行咨询交流。随后，马来西亚全国总商会再次于2019年12月9日（星期一）在中总会议厅召开第二次会议，跟进首次会议所

讨论的事项。

鼓 励我们应当不吝于公开肯定那些值得我们赞扬的

人。

鼓励他人，避免随意批评人，尤其是公开批评，

否则这将树立更多敌人。

我们往往也需要勉励自己，尤其是当我们忧伤和

失落的时候。

鼓励会带来强大冲击。你会感到惊讶，鼓励孩

子、员工或其他人可以带来的影响。

鼓励可以协助激发与鼓舞他人更努力向上。

EnduranceIt is the inner strength to withstand stress and have

the perseverance to do our best.

It applies to any problem we may meet. If we

can endure the initial pain, we can eventually

overcome the problem.

Endurance is a test of our physical and moral

strength. Practising endurance can lead to life-

saving situations.

EncouragementWe should be generous with our praises and

publicly recognise those who deserve them.

Encourage others to be miserly with critical

comments, especially in public places, or we will

make unnecessary enemies.

Quite often we need encouragement ourselves,

especially when we are down with despair.

We will be surprised with what encouragement

can do to children, young employees, and others.

They will feel invigorated and will strive harder to

do better.
