Schülerinnen und Schüler der Halligen und Marschinseln mit ihrenLehrkräften sowie den Projektpartnern des Projektes „Prima Klima in der Biosphäre“.

This calendar is the result of a school partnership on climate jus-tice between the seven holms and salt-marsh islands of the North Sea and the East Africa International School (EAIS) in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. It contains contributions of 60 kids and youngsters of the holms Nordstrandischmoor, Hooge, Langeneß, Oland und Gröde and the islands Nordstrand und Pellworm, as well as of the 40 tansanian pupils.

The Calendar was realized by the Info Desk on Climate Justice, an institution of the Northelbian Centre for Worldmission and Church World Service of the Northelbian Evangelical-Lutheran Church (www.klimagerechtigkeit.de). It is part of the overall project “good climate in the bioshere” initiated by the wadden sea national park administration, in which other climate projects were realized.

Many thanks go to Lisa Bendiek and Femke Hustert, two volun-teers of the Deutsch Tansanischen Partnerschaft e.V. in Dar es Salaam, as well as to Mr. Aliisi and Mrs. Kellen from the EAIS. By means of their help the exchange of letters could happen and the realization of climate-project days could be organised in all schools.

Thanks to all the students as well as to their teachers and to the project partners for their cooperation.

The final outcome of this project are visions, requirements and dreams of the German as well as of the Tanzanian students for a climate in the future. Everything is summarized in the form of drawings and statements in this calendar and shows us, that we all have to fight for a better climate. Because Global Warming is no bad luck! It is not too late to take action!

Dieser Kalender ist das Ergebnis einer Schulpartnerschaft zu Klimagerechtigkeit zwischen sieben nordfriesischen Halligen und Marschinseln und der East Africa International School (EAIS) in Dar es Salaam, Tansania. Er enthält Beiträge der 60 Kinder und Jugendliche der Halligen Nordstrandischmoor, Hooge, Langeneß, Oland und Gröde und der Inseln Nordstrand und Pellworm sowie der 40 tansanischen SchülerInnen.

Realisiert wurde das Kalenderprojekt von der Infostelle Klimage-rechtigkeit des Nordelbischen Missionszentrums (www.klimage-rechtigkeit.de). Es ist Teil des Gesamtprojektes „Prima Klima in der Biospähre“ initiiert von der Verwaltung des Nationalparks Schleswig-Holsteinisches Wattenmeer, in dessen Rahmen weitere spannende Klima-Projekte entstanden sind.

Mein großer Dank geht an Lisa Bendiek und Femke Hustert, zwei Freiwillige der Deutsch- Tansanischen Partnerschaft e.V., die in Dar es Salaam ihr ökologisches Jahr (FÖJ) absolvierten sowie an Herrn Aliisi und Frau Kellen von der EAIS. Sie unterstützten den Briefwechsel zwischen den Schulen und sorgten dafür, dass für alle Kinder und Jugendlichen Klima-Projekttage stattfinden konnten.

Danke natürlich auch an alle Schülerinnen und Schüler und alle Hallig- und Insellehrkräfte sowie an die ProjektpartnerInnen für dieZusammenarbeitunddieVerwirklichungdiesesKalenders.
