Energieeffiziente, dekorative LED Beleuchtung in der Kantine des Kraftwerkes. Eingesetzt wurden180 „Design Saturna Mini DMX“ und mehrere „Pucks“. Die Einzigartigkeit der „Design Saturna Mini DMX“mit ihren LED Downlights und dem DMX Farbwechsel am Rand, setzt diese Räume jederzeit ins richtige Licht.

Energy-efficient decorative LED lighting in the canteen of a large power plant. 180 pcs of“Design Saturna Mini DMX” and various “pucks” have been used in this project. The uniquefeatures of our model “Design Saturna Mini DMX” to operate as warm white LED down light,in combination with DMX color changing edge, always create an extraordinary environment.

Deshalbverfügen wir heute über modernste Fertigungs-einrichtungen, vom CAD/CAM-Arbeitsplatz bis hin zudreidimensionaler CNC-Bearbeitung.Unsere hohe Fertigungstiefe erlaubt die wirtschaftliche

Herstellung von Einzelstücken bis hin zu Serienteilen vonKomponenten. Es können 3D-Vakuum-Formteile bis zueiner Größe von 1800 x 2000 mm und einer Höhe von600 mm umgesetzt werden. Therefore, ourfactory is equipped with the latest technology fromCAD/CAM design up to three-dimensional CNC-cuttingmachinery.Our advanced production facility allows the economicmanufacturing of single units as well as larger series of

components. 3D vacuum forming can be realized up to1800 x 2000 x 600 mm. CNC cutting is onlylimited beyond 2000 x 3000 x 800 mm.Due to our own mould shop CRISTALLUX is able tooffer a full service package to you starting from the firstidea until the ready made product.

Der Textilingenieur Wolfgang Arnold gründete dieFirma CRISTALLUX 1963.

1979 wurde CRISTALLUX an die „NorddeutscheSeekabelwerke“ veräußert.

Das Werk befasste sich mit der Entwicklung undProduktion von Leuchten-Schirmen und Leuchten-halbzeugen sowie Dekoartikeln für die Leuchten-und Möbelindustrie.

Beide Unternehmen arbeiteten mit dem selbenRohstoff „Polystyrol“.

Horst Schindler, technischer Betriebsleiter beiden Seekabelwerken, entwickelte die Platte QF2,eine transparente Platte mit Schaumfoliekaschiert und ließ diese patentieren. Dadurchwurde der Bedarf an Blenden extrem gesteigert.

1988 übernahm Horst Schindler CRISTALLUX.Durch Entwicklung neuer Produkte haben sichzusätzliche Märkte erschlossen.

Die Präsenz auf weltweiten Messen haben völligneue Geschäftsfelder eröffnet.

Viele Kreuzfahrtschiffe, internationale Hotels aufverschiedenen Kontinenten vertrauen auf dieKreativität und das Know-how von CRISTALLUX.

1998 wurden die Geschicke des Unternehmensin die Hände der nächsten Generation gelegt.

Thomas Schindler, geschäftsführender Gesell-schafter, und seine Frau Heike haben durchinnovative Neuentwicklungen CRISTALLUX zu demgemacht, was es heute darstellt.

CRISTALLUX was founded by Wolfgang Arnoldin 1963. 1979 CRISTALLUX was sold to“Norddeutsche Seekabelwerke”.

The factories task was the development andproduction of lampshades, diffusors andcomponents for the lighting and furniture industry.

Both companies “NSW” and CRISTALLUX wereusing the same basic material “Polystyrol”.Horst Schindler the technical director developedand patented the new material sheet QF2.Therefore the demand of diffusors raisedextremely.

1988 Horst Schindler took over CRISTALLUX.New products, opened up foreign markets.

Exhibiting on international trade fairs broughtnow knowledge and possibilities.

Many shipping companies, shipyards and inter-national hotels belief in the creativity and theknow how of CRISTALLUX.
