• Eingehende Erfahrung der Protagonisten mit ACT! (standalone-synchro), SALESLOGIX (on premiseserver mit in den 90er Jahren)

• Verschiedene Versuchsphasen mit VTIGER (hosted)

• Mitarbeitende bewirtschafteten «eigenen» Adresskatalog in OUTLOOK, auf Cell-phones, iPads
