Die Tagesordnung wird in der diesem Protokoll entsprechenden Form angenommen.
2. Mitteilungen des Vorsitzes
Der Vorsitzende macht folgende Mitteilungen:
Verdolmetschung: Aufgrund der Ressourcenknappheit und der technischen Beschränkungen im Sitzungssaal und im Einklang mit dem Sprachenprofil der Mitglieder des ENVI-Ausschusses steht eine Verdolmetschung für folgende sechs Sprachen zur Verfügung: Französisch, Deutsch, Italienisch, Englisch, Spanisch und Polnisch.
Elektronische Sitzungsunterlagen/Webstreaming: Der Vorsitzende teilt mit, dass die Sitzungsunterlagen wie üblich über die Anwendung „E-Meeting“ elektronisch verfügbar sind und die Sitzung per Webstream übertragen wird.
Fernteilnahme von Mitgliedern des ENVI-Ausschusses: Der Vorsitzende teilt mit, dass die Sitzung unter Fernteilnahme abgehalten wird. Die Fernabstimmung beginnt um 15.45 Uhr. Die Mitglieder, die an der Abstimmung teilnehmen, haben einen Stimmzettel mit einer Abstimmungsliste erhalten, den sie

unterschreiben und mit ihren Abstimmungsempfehlungen noch am selben Tag vor 16.45 Uhr einsenden müssen.
3. Mitteilungen des Vorsitzes zu den Empfehlungen der Koordinatoren vom 2. Juni 2020
Der Vorsitzende teilt dem Ausschuss mit, dass die Empfehlungen der Koordinatoren vom 2. Juni 2020 elektronisch übermittelt wurden. Da keine Einwände erhoben wurden, gelten sie als angenommen (siehe Anlage II).

1. EU Recovery Package and ENVI
Decision taken: Coordinators had an exchange of views on the implications of the EU Recovery Plan for ENVI in general and on the ongoing files. Coordinators decided to come back to this issue at the next coordinators meeting, in view of the general developments in Parliament.In view of their importance in this context, coordinators agreed to invite the Commission for a presentation of the state of play on the national energy and climate plans.
2. MFF - proposal for a new stand-alone EU4Health programme and a reinforcement of rescEU
Proposal for a new stand-alone EU4Health programme
Decision taken: Coordinators decided, in light of the urgency, to reappoint the existing Rapporteur for the new EU4Health proposal and took note of the proposed general timeline for the adoption of the report.

Decision taken: Coordinators decided, in light of the urgency to reappoint the existing rapporteur for the targeted UCPM proposal and took note of the proposed general timeline for the adoption of the report.

4. PUBLIC HEARING ON COVID-19
Decision taken: Coordinators had an exchange of views on a public hearing on COVID-19 and mandated Nils Torvalds to collect proposals from the other groups and present them at an up-coming coordinators’ meeting.
