This is a one-bedroom apartment with
hardwood floors and high ceilings (3.5 m).
There is a lot of natural light in the
apartment as there are numerous large
windows. There is one bathroom, with a
bathtub, shower and washing machine. In
the kitchen there is a dishwasher as well as
utensils and cooking tools. The apartment
is fully furnished, including but not limited
to a bed (160x200cm), a sofa (which can be
pulled out to a bed that is 160x200cm), a
wardrobe, 3 book / storage shelves, 2 side
tables, a dining room table with four chairs,
a desk, etc. There is a balcony overlooking
the street as well. Wi-Fi and a landline
telephone are included in the rent price.

The Carmerstraße is located between Kantstraße and Hardenbergstraße.

minutes walking distance
from the apartment.
