Tradizione & comfortLe 3 case - Hotel Bavaria con Villa Bavariette e la casa adiacente Palma sono situati a Maia Alta, il prestigioso quartiere resi-denziale di Merano. Gli edifici risalgono alla Belle Epoque, il periodo di massimo splendore della città di Merano. Entrambi hanno mantenuto fino ai nostri tempi il fa-scino signorile dell`abitare.I due leoni che custodiscono l´ingresso del Bavaria, ci ricordano Carl Theodor, duca di Baviera, fratello prediletto dell`impera-trice Sissi, che qui ha alloggiato per lunghi anni. Signorile è anche il vasto parco con i suoi cedri imponenti e le eleganti palme. La posizione è ideale: in 7 minuti di cam-mino, attraverso parchi e la passeggiata “Sissi”, si raggiunge il cuore della città e le terme di Merano. Tutte le case coniugano la migliore tradizione alberghiera della vecchia Merano, con le più alte esigenze del comfort moderno. Il tutto con sobria eleganza e grande sensibilità per raffinati dettagli. L´ambiente emana pace, le co-modità sono quelle del giorno d´oggi. The 3 houses - Hotel Bavaria with Villa Bavariette and the annex Palma are sit-uated in the renowned villa-section of Merano. Datin back to the belle epoque they have preserved the flair of regal living unto this day. The two lions guarding the entrance to the Bavaria grounds are reminders of Carl Theodor, Duke of Bavaria, the favourite brother of Empress Elizabeth (Sissi), who re-sided in the Villa Bavaria for many years. Inspite of the situation in its own large park of cedars and palm trees, the centre of the town can be reached in a walk of less than seven minutes leading through parks and the Sissi-Path. The houses combine their solid hotel-tradi-tion with all contempory demands for efficiency and comfort. We are proud to say that we offer cultivated and com-fortable living on an extremely high level. Our cuisine is excellent, our dining room is a pleasure for the eye and our service personnel is discrete and atten-tive. ZUM TRÄUMEN

SCHÖN

Die vierte Etage des Haupthauses wurde 2018 komplett renoviert. Der Architekt Corbett Johnson hat dem Baustil des aus der Zeit des Historismus stammenden Hauses Rechnung tragend alle Möbel de-signt. Unter Verwendung von edlen Höl-zern wie Palisander und Eiche, kostbaren Stoffen aus Leinen und Samt wurden luxuriöse Räume geschaffen, in denen nichts dem Zufall überlassen wurde. Die Bäder sind in Anlehnung an Jugendstil-elemente des Hauses in schwarz-weiß gehalten und mit Badezimmerkeramik nach historischen Vorbild ausgestattet. Außerdem wurden alle Zimmer der vierten Etage mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet.

Il quarto piano della casa principale è stato completamente rinnovato nel 2018. L’ar-chitetto Corbett Johnson, prendendo in considerazione lo stile architettonico della casa storicista, ha progettato tutti gli arredi, creando lussuose stanze utilizzando legni preziosi come il palissandro e il rovere in combinazione di tessuti preziosi come lino e velluto. I bagni sono decorati in bianco e nero nello stile degli elementi Art Nouveau della casa e sono dotati di ceramiche da bagno basate su un modello storico.Inoltre, tutte le camere del quarto piano sono state dotate di aria condizionata.

The fourth floor of the main house was completely renovated in 2018. The archi-tect Corbett Johnson, taking into account the architectural style of the historicist house, designed all the furniture, creating luxurious rooms using precious woods such as rosewood and oak and noble fab-rics of linen and velvet. Dal 1874 la pensione Petersburg, oggi Hotel Palma, è di proprietà della famiglia Dott. Berger. Nel 1967 s`è aggiunto l´ad-iacente albergo Bavaria. Un meraviglioso parco con piscina collega gli alberghi, en-trambi oasi di pace e dimora del raffinato modus vivendi.

Since 1874 the Hotel Palma (formerly the Pension Petersburg) has been the property of the Berger family. In 1967 they acquired the adjoining Hotel Bavaria. Palma and Bavaria now share a magnificent park and garden with an outdoor swimming pool. All three houses are places of rest and cul-tivated living.
