ANWENDUNGSBEREICHDie Verdampfer dieser Serie erfüllen die Anforderungen von Kühlräumen mit kleinem bis mittlerem Rauminhalt.CAN CAE : Pluskühlräume, Kühlung, Konservierung von Frischprodukten.CAB : Minuskühlräume : Lagerung von Tiefkühlprodukten.Mit CE-Kennzeichnung versehen.

MODELLBEZEICHNUNG

GEHÄUSEBestehend aus weiß lackierten, verzinkten Blechteilen mit optimalemKorrosionsschutz.Die Geräte besitzen Zwischentropfschalen, um die Kondensierungunter der Haupttropfschale einzuschränken. Der Verdampferteil istmit Türen und einer Kippschale versehen, wobei der Ablauf nach hintenüber ein Kunststoffrohr mit Gewinde erfolgt.

WÄRMETAUSCHERBLOCKKupferrohr und geriffelte Aluminiumlamellen.Es wird verschiedene Lamellenabstände angeboten :- CAN, E...4 : Abstand 4,5 mm- CAN E, B... 7 : Abstand 6.3 mmDer Paket besitzt ein Kältemittelverteiler mit einem DP von 2,0 bis 2,5 bar.In Standardausführung sind die Austauscher für R404A ausgelegt.Die Pakete werden mit Stickstoffschutzfüllung und Schraderventilin der Saugleitung geliefert.

LUFTFÜHRUNGVentilatoren mit breitem Flügeltyp, Motoren mit nur einer Stromspannung.Lebensdauerschmierung der Wälzlager.Schutzgitter aus widerstandsfähigem Kunststoff.Elektrische Anschlüsse im Klemmenkasten.

APPLICATIONLes frigorifères plafonniers de cette série répondent aux besoins des chambres froides de petites et moyennes capacités.CAN - CAE : locaux positifs, réfrigération, conservation produits frais.CAB : locaux négatifs, stockage produits surgelés.Marquage CE.

DESIGNATION

CARROSSERIEConstituée de panneaux galvanisés prélaqués blancs assurant une protection optimum contre la corrosion. Ces appareils comportent des égouttoirs intermédiaires limitant la condensation sous le bac principal. L’ensemble des évaporateurs est équipé de portes et bac pivotant à écoulement sur l’arrière par tube plastique fileté.

BATTERIETubes cuivre ailettes aluminium gauffrées. Différents écartements d’ailettes sont proposés :- CAN,E ... 4 : pas 4,5 mm, - CAN,E,B...7 : pas 6,3 mm. La batterie est équipée d’un distributeur à diaphragme ayant un ∆P de 2.0 à 2.5 bars. En version standard, les échangeurs sont calculés pour un fonctionnement au R404A. Les batteries sont livrées avec charge de protection d’azote et valve Schrader sur le collecteur d’aspiration.

VENTILATIONHélicoïde du type à pales larges avec moteurs mono-tension. Roulements graissés à vie. Grilles de protection en plastique directrice.Raccordement électrique exécuté sur boîte à borne.

MODEL DESIGNATION

CASINGMade up of white enamelled galvanized panels giving optimum corrosion protection. These units incorporate intermediate drip trays limiting condensation under the main drain pans.The evaporator assembly is fitted with doors and pivoting pan with drain on the rear by threaded plastic tube.

COILSCopper tubes, profiled aluminium fins. Different fin spacings are available : - CAN-E .. 4 : spacing 4,5 mm, - CAN-E, B... 7 : spacing 6,3 mm. The coil is fitted with a diaphragm type distributor having a pressure drop of 2.0-2.5 bars. In the standard version the heat exchange values are calculated for the refrigerant R404A.The coils are delivered charged with Nitrogen and fitted with a Schrader valve on the suction header.

VENTILATIONDirect drive axial propeller fan with large blades.Sealed bearings lubricated for life.Plastic coated wire grills.Factory wired to terminal box.

INSTALLATION GUIDANCE• Avoid fitting the evaporators over doors, and pay attention to the clearance shown on the diagram.• Make reffigerant connections according to best current reffigeration industry practice.• Check : - Drainage tubes and cleanliness of the drain pan - Correct operation of the defrost (coil and drain pan) - Tightness of motors and fans - Operation of the electric heater elements and ensure they are positioned correctly.

VORSICHTSMASSNAHMEN BEI DERINSTALLATION• Die Verdampfer möglichst nicht über Türen anbringen, die Angaben auf den Abbildungen beachten.• Die Kälteanschlüsse sind fachkundig auszuführen.• Kontrollen : - Abfluß und Sauberkeit der Tropfschale - Ordnungsgemäße Abtauung der Verdampfer (Paket und Tropfschale) - Fester Sitz der Motoren und Ventilatorflügel - Betrieb der Ringheizungen und ihre korrekte axiale Lage.
