Zulauf und AblaufZu- und Ablauf des Produkteserfolgen durch ein geschlosse-nes Leitungssystem. Zwischenfeststehenden Armaturen undrotierender Trommel sind keineDichtungen erforderlich.Produktanschlüsse entspre-chend DIN 11851 bzw. ISO2037.

Gestell und AntriebDas Gestell ist aus Gußeisenund mit nichtrostendem Stahl umkleidet. Der An-trieb erfolgt durch einen Drehstrommotor, derebenfalls mit nichtrostendem Stahl umkleidet ist.Alle Lagerstellen werden selbsttätig von einemzentralen Ölbad aus geschmiert.
Frame and driveThe cast-iron frame is clad
with stainless steel. The machine is driven by athree-phase AC motor which is additionally cladwith stainless steel.All bearings are splash-lubricated from a centraloil bath.
WerkstoffeAlle mit dem Schleudergut in Berührung kom-
menden Teile sind aus austenitischen Cr-Ni-Mo-Stählen oder, für mechanisch hochbelasteteTrommelteile, aus weichmartensitischen Cr-Ni-Mo-Stählen bzw. aus Duplexlegierungen.Die Dichtungen sind aus gummielastischen Werk-stoffen (Elastomeren) gefertigt.
MaterialsAll parts coming into contact with the product are
made of austenitic Cr-Ni-Mo steel or, in the caseof meachanically highly stressed bowl parts, ofsoft martensitic Cr-Ni-Mo steel or duplex alloys.The gaskets are made of rubber elastic materials(elastomers).
Chemische Reinigung (CIP)Nach Produktende erfolgt eine chemische Reini-gung (CIP = cleaning-in-place).Die Reinigungsflüssigkeit wird im Kreislauf durchden Separator und das angeschlossene System
gepumpt. Hierbei wird der durch den Separieref-fekt in der Trommel ausgeschleuderte Feststoffaus der Reinigungsflüssigkeit zentrifugiert.
Cleaning-in-place (CIP)Once the product flow has stopped, cleaning-in-place is carried out.The cleaning solution is circulated through thecentrifuge and the connected system. The solids
spun out by the separation effect in the bowl arecentrifuged out of the cleaning liquid.
