Sehr geehrter Herr Jäger

The general level of this candidate is clearly above average and seems to besuperior to this function. His intellectual level is very distinctive. Hisrealization capabilities are good, but he is more the realist, the energic hitter,than the visionary, the intellectuel.

He works in an exact and reliable manner, and especially very disciplined. Hisorganization skills are already above average. He has a good overview of theproblems in his field of knowledge. He is systematic in his method of working andprecise in his disposition and he is very capable with relation to detailedplanning, but he has difficulties in improvising spontaneously.

The dynamic of actions is well developed: he is active and undertaking. His dynamicis characterized more by constant and enforcement will, than by activisme,improvisation, or forwardness. He is highly selfmotivating, and his commitment isactive and interested.

He has a good presentation-level and shows much assurance and competence anddisposes also of natural authority. In negotiations he is self-assured andorientated to the objectives he is competent and able to enforce himself also athigher levels. The candidate has good argumentative abilities however, he is ableof using this to his own advantage. He turns himself and his own needs in thecenter, has strong self-esteem is little considerate, little sensitive and littlediplomatic. He is mentally alert and has good argumentative abilities.

The social level of this candidate is well developed. He is not really contactintensiv, is able to control himself, but in familiar environment, he can also bespontaneous. Privately he shows a normal need to live in harmony. Personally, he isthe sanguine type, so not a puritan, nor an ascetic. He takes what he can get, buthe is also willing to contribute his full commitment.

His self-confidence is remarkable, and he is little suggestible. As result, hebecomes predictable and reliable - as long, as he sees his interests protected.

His leading-skills are excellent and are situated at a high management level. Hehas a competent manner, shows the will to lead and competence in leadership. Hisleading manner is rather firm and taut, and he even has tendency to be authoritarian.

In addition: he is a man of power who decides quickly and clearly, even with therisk that mistakes happens, and he has no qualms to revise his decisions. He likesthe clear separation between black and white, without much to distinguish.

Conclusion: His qualification corresponds to this function, in which it stronglydepends on the appropriate environment. In a company led by the entrepreneurhimself, he would be misplaced, because of his strong character - he is himself thetype of patron.
