Condizioni generali

I prezzi s’intendono per per-sona al giorno con trattamen-to di mezza pensione e sono comprensivi di tasse, così come dei suddetti servizi inclusi.

Tipo di trattamento: riduzio-ne di 10,00 € al giorno, in caso di pernottamento con prima colazione; supplemento di 20,00 € al giorno per la pensione completa.

Modalità di pagamento: accettiamo contanti, assegni, carte EC e carte di credito.

Le camere sono a vostra diposizione a partire dalle ore 14 del giorno dell’arrivo e vi preghiamo di liberarle entro le ore 10 di quello della partenza.

Le prenotazioni sono vinco-lanti solo dopo una reciproca conferma scritta (a mezzo fax, e-mail o posta)

Cancellazioni: entro 14 giorni dall’inizio del soggiorno viene addebitato il 30% del prezzo totale; successivamente e in caso di arrivi posticipati o partenze anticipate, invece, l’intero soggiorno.

In caso di soggiorni inferiori a 3 giorni, s’applica un sup-plemento del 10% per perso-na al giorno.

Riduzioni per i bambini: soggiorno gratuito per i bimbi fino a 2 anni in came-ra dei genitori; da 3 a 5 anni, 70% di sconto; da 5 a 10 anni, 50%; da 10 a 14, 30% e a partire da 15 anni, 20% di sconto sull’importo giornaliero.

Camera doppia uso singola: supplemento di 10,00 € al giorno.

Verpflegung: für Übernach-tung mit Frühstück ziehen wir 10,00 € pro Tag vom Pensionspreis ab, für Voll-pension berechnen wir einen Aufpreis von 20,00 € pro Tag.

Zahlungsmodalitäten: Wir akzeptieren Bargeld, Schecks, EC- und Kreditkarten. Am Anreisetag sind die Zimmer ab 14.00 Uhr bezugsfähig; bitte berücksichtigen Sie dies bei Ihrer Anreise. Am Abreisetag sind die Zimmer bis spätestens 10.00 Uhr freizugeben.

Eine Reservierung ist erst dann verbindlich, wenn eine beidseitige schriftliche Bestätigung vorliegt. (per Fax, E-Mail oder Postbrief)

Stornierung: Bei einer vorzeiti-gen Stornierung innerhalb 14 Tagen vor Urlaubsbegin berech-nen wir eine Gebühr von 30 % auf den Gesamtpreis. Bei kurz-fristiger Stornierung wird der gesamte Zimmerpreis berech-net. Bei verspäteter Ankunft oder früherer Abreise werden immer alle Tage in Rechnung gestellt.

Bei einem Aufenthalt unter 3 Tagen berechnen wir einen Zuschlag von 10% pro Person und Tag.

Kinderermäßigung: im Zimmer der Eltern bis zu 2 Jahre kostenlos, von 3-5 Jahre 70%, von 5-10 Jahre 50%, von 10-14 Jahre 30%, ab 15 Jahre 20%.

Doppel als Einbett: Bei Buchung eines Doppelzim-mers als Einbett berechnen wir 10,00 € Zuschlag täglich.

The prices are per person and day including half board. They include all duties and taxes, free use of the listed services included.

price, for full board we will surcharge 20,00 € per day.

Payment: We accept cash, checks, debit and credit cards. Rooms are free from 14 oćlock on the arrival day, please consider this for your travel. The rooms are to be released before 10 oćlock on departure day.

A reservation is only binding if both sides confirmed in writing. (By fax, e-mail or postal mail)

Cancellation: In case of premature cancellation within 14 days before arri-val we charge a fee of 30% to the total price. For short-term cancellation, the full room rate will be calculated. In case of late arrival or early departure all days will be charged. For stays under 3 nights we´ll

surcharge 10% per person per day.

Discounts for children: child-ren up to 2 years are free of charge in the parents‘ room, 3-5 years 70%, 5-10 years 50%, 10-14 years 30%, from 15 years 20%.

Double as single: When booking a double room we charge 10,00 € single sup-plement every day!
