Die EZM Edelstahlzieherei Mark GmbH ist ein internationaler

Anbieter von medizinischen Halbzeugen.

Die Werkstoffpalette ist umfangreich und auf die hohen qualita-

tiven Ansprüche für die Medizintechnik ausgelegt.

Zu den lieferbaren Werkstoffen gehören Edelstähle, Titanlegie-

rungen, Reintitan und Sonderwerkstoffe.

EZM ist in der Lage, sehr flexibel auf Kundenwünsche und

technische Entwicklungen zu reagieren bzw. dem Markt mit ei-

genen anwendungsspezifischen Entwicklungen neue Lösungen

anzubieten.

Neben der auftragsbezogenen Fertigung kann der Kunde

zusätzlich auf Lagermaterial zurückgreifen. Ein auf die Medizin-

produkte ausgerichtetes Lagerprogramm in Edelstahl und Titan-

legierungen ermöglicht kurzfristige Lieferzeiten und darüber

hinaus kleine Losgrößen.

EZM ist mit seinem umfangreichen Fertigungsprogramm und

unter Einbeziehung des Lagerprogramms nahezu ein Komplett-

anbieter für die Medizintechnik.

Unter dem Markennamen EZM Chiruline werden gezogene und

geschliffene Rundmaterialien in Draht- und Stabform sowie in

Profilen produziert.

Die modernen Fertigungsanlagen ermöglichen die präzise Ein-

haltung der technischen Vorgaben unserer Kunden.

Die Toleranzen bei Profilen und Rundabmessungen liegen im

µm-Bereich.

Intensive Kontrollen garantieren die hohe Qualität jedes einzel-

nen Produktes und einen gleichmäßig hohen Standard über die

gesamte Produktion.

Das spezifische Know-how des EZM-Teams und die Struktur

der EZM-Fertigungseinrichtungen bieten dem Kunden ganz

EZM Edelstahlzieherei Mark GmbH is an international manu-

facturer of semi-finished products for medical applications.

The range of available materials is comprehensive and tailored

to the high quality demands imposed on medical applications.

The materials supplied include stainless steels, titanium alloys,

pure titanium and special alloys.

EZM is in a position to act very flexible to customer requirements

and technical developments, and also to offer the market new

solutions based on its own, application-specific developments.

In addition to production to order, we are also able to offer

material from stock. Our range of stock materials geared to

medical products – both stainless steels and titanium alloys –

permits delivery at short time, as well as small batch sizes.

With its wide production programme and its stock range, EZM is

virtually an all-round supplier for medical alloys.

Being a certified company, EZM meets the particularly high

Of fundamental importance in this respect are metallurgical

biocompatible, and permanently resistant.

Under the EZM Chiruline brand name, we produce drawn and

ground wires, bars, as well as in profiles.

Our modern production facilities permit precise compliance with

the technical specifications and required material dimensions.

The tolerances for profiles and round products are in the µm

range.

Intensive controls guarantee the high quality of every single

product and a consistently high standard across all production

operations.

The specific expertise of the EZM team and the structure of

the EZM manufacturing facilities offer the customer some very

In enger Zusammenarbeit mit Anwendern und Fachverbänden

leistet EZM gezielte Entwicklungsarbeit für die Medizintechnik.

Wir begleiten unsere Kunden als kompetenter und zertifizierter

Partner von der Werkstoffauswahl bis zum Fertigungsweg und

suchen gemeinsam nach anwendungsspezifischen Lösungen.

Strenge Qualitätskontrollen garantieren, dass nur Materialien

mit technisch fehler- und rückstandsfreien Oberflächen ausge-

liefert werden.

Das Angebotsprogramm der EZM für medizinische Anwen-

dungen wird ständig erweitert, was die Auswahl der Materialien

und auch der Ausführungen betrifft. EZM reagiert dabei auf

neue Anforderungen unserer Kunden und Weiterentwicklungen

im medizintechnischen Markt.

Auf Basis der eigenen modernen Fertigungsmöglichkeiten,

aber auch durch den Ausbau der Handelsschiene kann EZM als

Komplettanbieter für die Medizintechnik nahezu alle gängigen

Formen wie Draht, Stab, Profile und Bleche unseren Kunden

anbieten, und zwar als Lagerware oder als auftragsbezogene

Sonderanfertigung.

Die umfangreiche Auswahl der einzusetzenden Werkstoffe

haben wir in unsere Produktlinien EZM Chirusteel und EZM

Chirutan eingebunden. Die unterschiedlichen Fertigungsformen

decken nahezu alle anwendungsspezifischen Bereiche ab,

die man aus medizinischen Halbzeugen herstellen kann.

So können gezogene, geschliffene und geschälte Oberflächen

für Rundmaterialien angeboten werden.

Die Abmessungspalette reicht von 0,80 – 90,00 mm rund.

Enge Toleranzen bis IT 6 gehören zum Fertigungsprogramm

der EZM wie auch bearbeitete Stabenden. Profile werden als

Standardprofile und auch als Sonderprofile nach Kunden-

zeichnungen entweder in Ringen oder in Stäben geliefert.

Bleche können aus Edelstahl wie auch aus Titan in verschie-

denen Stärken unseren Kunden zur Verfügung gestellt werden.

Alle Materialien erfüllen je nach Anwendungsfall höchste

Anforderungen wie

EZM – Precision for maximum safety

EZM engages in targeted development work for the medical

sector in close collaboration with users and professional

associations. As a competent, certified partner, we support our

customers from material selection to the production process,

and cooperate with them in the search for application-specific

solutions. Stringent quality controls guarantee that only

materials with technically flawless and residue-free surfaces

are shipped.

The range of goods and services offered by EZM for medical ap-

plications is constantly being expanded as regards the choice

of materials and the different versions available. In this respect,

EZM reacts to new demands from our customers and new devel-

opments on the medical equipment market.

Based on its own, modern manufacturing capacities, and

also as a result of expanding its trading channels, EZM is an

all-round supplier for the medical equipment sector, offering

its customers almost every common material type, such as wire,

bars, profiles and sheets. Some of these products are even

available from stock or on special order.

Under the EZM Chiruline brand name, EZM offers a complete

range of products for the medical equipment sector.

The comprehensive selection of materials available for use

has been integrated in our EZM Chirusteel and EZM Chirutan

product lines. The different forms manufactured cover almost

every application-specific field that can be produced from

medical semi-finished materials. For example, we can offer

round materials with drawn, ground and peeled surfaces.

The available dimensions range from 0.80 – 90.00 mm round.

The EZM production programme also includes close tolerances

up to IT 6, as well as machined bar ends. Profiles are supplied

in the form of standard profiles, and also as special profiles to

customer drawings, either in rings or in bars.

We can supply our customers sheet material made of

either stainless steel or titanium in various thicknesses.

Depending on the application involved, all materials meet the
