Bestandteile einerThermotransfer-Folie
Der Einsatzbereich der Etikette ist entscheidend für die Wahl der Qualität der Thermotransfer-Folie
Qualitätsanforderung an Wisch- und Kratzfestigkeit niedrig. Wachsfolien werden bei kurzer Lebensdauer der Etikette eingesetzt (z.B. Adressetiketten). Die Wachsfolien sind günstig. Die Auswahl der richtigen Qualität ist sehr wichtig, wenn die Folie für Grossauflagen eingesetzt wird.
Wachsbasis Wachs-Harzbasis
Die Wachs-Harz-Folien werden bei all jenen Anwendungen eingesetzt, wo grössere Wisch- und Kratzfestigkeit wichtig sind. Sehr gut geeignet auch für andere Materialien als Papier wie Karton oder Polyester u.a.
Harzbasis
Die Harzfolien werden dann eingesetzt, wenn der Druck lange halten und gegen verschiedene äussere Einflüsse resistent sein muss. Sie weisen folgende Eigenschaften auf:- Kratzfest- Wischfest- Feuchtigkeitsresistent- Resistent gegen Lösungsmittel- Erträgt hohe Temperaturen
