• Sehr viele Anwendungen lauffähig• Wichtige Performance-relevante Eigenschaften

Lizenzen

• SE2-Lizenz notwendig

• SE1/SE-Lizenzen müssen migriert werden

• Preise wie SE

• Bei NUP-Lizenzierung: Mindestens 10 Lizenzen pro Server (war: mindestens 5 Lizenzen pro Kunde)

16

Lizenzmigration

• Vorhandene SE/SE1-Lizenzen können migriert werden

• Zeitpunkt vom Kunden wählbar

• Keine zusätzlichen Lizenzkosten

Fazit

Page 20: Ist die Standard Edition noch einsetzbar? · MOS: Oracle Database 12c Release 1 Patchset 1 (12.1.0.2) is being released only as Enterprise Edition at this time (Doc ID 1905806.1)

Hardware-Empfehlung

20

Page 21: Ist die Standard Edition noch einsetzbar? · MOS: Oracle Database 12c Release 1 Patchset 1 (12.1.0.2) is being released only as Enterprise Edition at this time (Doc ID 1905806.1)

Hardware-Falle

• Alternativen

– Längerer Einsatz 11.2.0.4

– ?

Lizenzierungsbedarf?

• Durch neue Mindestlizenzierung ggfs. mehr NUP-Lizenzen erforderlich

• Eventuell Bedarf an zusätzlichen Lizenzen?

• SOFORT als SE1-Lizenzen beschaffen!
