„Experiencing silence and its healing power by walking on the paths of silence around the Kloster Schönthal, listening to texts that deal with this topic and finally by learning rituals in order to integrate the experience of silence into the daily context. 2-days excursion. Since people nowadays often lack the experience of silence as a “healing power”, this excursion is meant both to feel physically the benefits of silence away from the daily surroundings and to learn how to integrate this experience into the daily context.
