New features

NeoCall 3.0 includes a wide range of new and improved features and it is a result of several years of research, development and feedback fromcustomers.The software includes new features and improved features from the previous version.New features are:

Spy videocall

Improved GPS and Cell Broadcast localization

Installation without reboot

Combined intercept mode always active.

A special chapter of this guide describes all new features details and which commands permit to use them at best.

Definitions

TARGET or Controlled Phone: this is the phone under control and on which the SPY software has to be installed.

PDN Number or Master Number: this number pilots remotely the target phone by SMS and calls. Copies of the incoming/outgoing SMS aredelivered on PDN Number.

Installation of Neo-CALL SOFTWARE

This chapter describes how to install and activate Neo-CALL features on your mobile phone. Important: an installation file cannot be used onmore than one mobile phone. If you want to change your mobile phone, you have to buy a new installation file.

Tutorial videos describing step by step the following actions are available on HELP page on new web site.

How to install Neo-CALL software:

Copy Neo-Call installation pack (.SIS) on the mobile phone on which you want to install the application. The installation requires several steps:

1. Select the file to load the installation2. Select Yes to continue3. Select Continue4. Select Yes5. Select Phone memory to install the file6. Select Continue7. Select Ok

8. Select Ok9. Wait until the file installation is complete10. The Configuration Menu stars up automatically as soon as the installation is complete.

Activation of Neo-CALL software and configuration of Pre-Defined Number

The configuration of the Master Number (PDN), the number which controls the software remotely, is an extremely important step.

Attention : To configure the Master Number you can use the Configuration Menu during the installation process or send a SMS.

A preconfigured file containing the Master Numbercan be provided on demand.

IMPORTANT: Master Number should always include its Country code in order to receive SMS when the target phone is abroad.

As soon as the software installation is completedand the Master Number is configured you receive

the following message.

The message contains important elements:

This text shows that the software has been

installed on the phone.

IMSI is the serial number of the SIM card insidethe target phone. The first 5 digits identifies thecountry:

5. The software ends your call when the target phone receives another call.

NOTIFICATION OF DISCONNESSION

ATTENTION:

If the incoming or outgoing call endsbefore you could intercept it, youreceive a notification message.

IMPORTANT:

1. The command #123#214/no activates both INTERCEPT MODE and ALL AROUND THE PHONE MODE.

2. This feature is available only for target phones supporting Conference calls. Call the provider to verify the availability of the service.

3. Activate call waiting feature on your target phone: type *43#, press the dial key and wait for confirmation. This feature allows the target phoneto accept a call while having a second incoming call.

3. Deactivate the microphone on the control phone before activating All around the phone mode.

4. Send Caller ID number (target phone does not recognize calls from hidden numbers).

5. You may need a few minutes to receive a notification message of the incoming/outgoing call. Make an intercept call only if you are really interested inintercepting the conversation, otherwise ignore the notification message.

6. When All around the phone mode deactivates, Intercept mode deactivates as well.

ATTENTION: You are advised not todeactivate this feature.

IMPORTANT:

1. If the user changes SIM Card in the target phone you receive a notification message from a NEW SENDER ID.

2. If the SIM Card in the target phone is on change, send all command messages to the number of the new SIM Card into the phone.

3. If the target phone is not configured for the new SIM Card, outgoing messages may be blocked. The software still receives messages but it may not send

any confirmation message to the master phone (PDN) until the new SIM Card provider does not configure it.
