zeiten auch bei Abnahme von großen Stückzahlen.

Dabei legen wir auf die Sicherheit des Equipments

großen Wert. So wird beispielsweise jedes Anschlagteil

Dealer we supply the whole range of lifting equipment

and rigging material for theatrical applications. Due to

our large stock of hoists and spare parts we guarantee

very short times of delivery, even at larger quantities.

But our target no. 1 is safety. For example, each hoist

and every part is checked before it is leaving our factory.

INFOAuswahlkriterien für Kettenspeicher

Je nach Anwendung werden verschiedene Kettenspeicher für die Züge von Pfaff stage

technology verwendet. Bei der Auswahl des richtigen Kettenzuges ist wichtig, in welcher

Einbaulage der Zug eingesetzt wird und wie viel Meter Hub der Kettenzug hat. Zusätzlich

zum nutzbaren Hub ist eine Sicherheitslänge von ca.1 m zuzurechnen. Bitte beachten Sie

auch, dass bei 2-strängigen Kettenzügen die Kettenlänge dem doppelten Hub entspricht.

Depending on the application different types of chainbags are used for the hoists of Pfaff stage

technology. In order to select the right chainbag, it is important how the hoist is used (upright or

inverted) and how much lift the hoist has. A lenght of 1 m as safe working length is needed add-

itionally to the lift operated. Be aware that hoists on two chainfalls need the double length of

chain for the lift wanted.

CM-Lodestar BGV C1 – Low capacity hoist type VB and VF

These motors have been especially designed for perman-

ent installations. Different to our standard models VL-

VRR an electrical contact box is housing the electrical

components.

Auf Wunsch liefern wir unsere Kettenzüge Type VL-VRR

mit verschiedenen Geberkonfigurationen (A/B-Spur,

Absolutwertgeber, Induktivgeber) für den Einsatz mit

unseren PC-Steuerungen.

CM-Lodestar BGV C1 – Low capacity Kettenzug Typen VB und VF

Diese Motoren sind speziell für Festinstallationen ent-

wickelt worden. Im Gegensatz zu den Standardtypen

VL-VRR verfügen diese Motoren über einen ange-

flanschten Klemmkasten, der die Schaltmimik beher-

bergt.

men mit der ebenfalls innen liegenden SPS den Sanft-

anlauf, sowie das Beschleunigen von Lasten bis zu

The FX-Star of Pfaff stage technology has been based

on the CM-Loadstar Motors acc. to BGV C1 and meets

all safety regulations of this standard. An integrated

variable speed unit in combination with the inside SPS

enables soft start as well as acceleration of loads up to

1000 kg up to a speed of 24 m/min. Together with

Pfaff-silberblau’s advanced computerized control systems

you may experience the power of unlimited movement!

Standard-Reihe. Durch das neue Bremssystem redu-

ziert sich jedoch der Geräuschpegel um ca. 50 % im

Vergleich zum Standard-Riggingmotor. Lieferbar für

noise-reduction of about 50 % compared to the standard

chen eines Notendschalters herbeiführt. Die hoch-

wertige Bedieneinheit gewährt über Meldeleuchten

jederzeit den Überblick über die Verfahrsituation

The control system PST Advanced acc. to BGV C1 offers

economic alternatives for all lifting purposes, where loads

need to be moved over the audience without the need

to create a positioned movement. The 19” units guaran-

tee a safe interruption of the movement in case of over-

load, slackchain or if an emergency limit is reached. The

high-quality remote control assures the survey of the lif-

ting situation through record lights.

gen mit integriertem AB-Spur- oder Absolutwertgeber.
