Die GeneratorenMR2 sind in Uberinstim-mung mit den Bestim-mungen 98/37 sowie mit73/23 und 89/336 undderen entsprechendenÄnderung, en und denNormen EN 60034-1, CEI2-3, IEC 34-1, VDE0530,B S 4 9 9 9 - 5 0 0 0 ,N.F.51.111, CAN/CSA-C22.2 N°14-95 - N°100-95.Die Dedkel sind auseinem sehr widerstand-sfähigen Aluminium-druckguß angefertigt, dieWelle aus C45-Stahl mitaufgezogenem Lüftterrad.Die Schutzklasse ist IP23(auf Anfrage kann aucheine hohere Schutzklasserealisiert werden). DieIsolierung entspricht derKlasse H, und dieWicklungen sind mitEpoxidharz imprägniert.Die Serrienproduktionentspricht der Bestim-mung VDE 0875 “N” undden wesentlichen Sicher-heitsanforderungendereuropäischen Richtiliniehinsichtlich elektromagne-tischer Kompatibilität; dieÜbereinstimmung mitdieser Richtlinie wirddurch die Anwerdung dereuropäischen NormenEN 50081-1 und EN50082-1 gewährleistet.BeieinschränkenderenVorschriften wie VDE0875 Grad “K”, MIL 461-462 D usw. liefern wir aufAnfrage Filter.

VORWORTDie Generatoren ent-sprechen den EG-Bestimmugen 98/37,73/23, 89/336 und derenentsprechenden Ände-rungen; aus diesemGrunde stellen sie kei-nerlei Gefahr für denBediener dar, sofern sie inÜbereinstimmung mit denvon Mecc Alte vorge-schriebenen, installiert,verwendet und gewartetwerden und unter derBedingung, daß dieSchutzvorrichtungen stetsin einem voll funktion-stüchtigen Zustand ge-halten werden.

Aus den oben gennantenGrunden ist es erforder-lich, sich streng an die indiesem Handbuch ange-gebenen Answeisungenzu halten.

Bei Lieferung des Gene-rators ist anhand desLieferscheens dieser aufSchäden, bzw. auf feh-lende Teile hin zu über-prüfen; in diesem Fallesind der Spediteur, dieVersicherung, der Wie-derverkäufer oder MeccAlte umgehend darüberzu informieren.

Per questa ragione oc-corre attenersi scrupolo-samente alle istruzioni in-dicate in questo manuale.

Alla consegna del gene-ratore controllare con labolla di accompagna-mento che non ci sianodanni o parti mancanti; nelcaso informare immedia-tamente lo spedizioniere,l’assicurazione, il riven-ditore o la Mecc Alte.

ACLARACIONLos generadores de laserie MR2 responden alas directivas CEE 98/37,73/23, 89/336 y a susrespectivas modificacio-nes; por lo tanto no sepresentan peligros para eloperador, si instalados,usados y mantenidossegùn las instruccionresdadas por la Mecc Alte ycon la condiciòn que losdispositivos de seguridadsean mantenidos en unacondición de perfectaeficiencia.

Por esta razòn esnecesario adecuarse a laperfecciòn a las instruc-ciònes indicadas en estemanual.

A la entraga del gene-rador, controlar junto conla factura que no exisistandefectos o piezas faltan-tes; en caso contrarioinformar immediatamen-te la empresa de tran-sportes, la compañia deseguros, el revendedor ola Mecc Alte.

Cemachinens ne demandentaucun entretien particulier.Les alternateurs MR2 sontconstruits en conformitéaux directives 98/37,73/23, 89/336 et leursmodifications, aux normesEN 60034-1, CEI 2-3,IEC34-1, VDE0530, BS4999-5000, N.F.51.111,CAN/CSA-C22.2 N°14-95- N°100-95.Les flasques sont enaluminium coulé à hauteresistance, l’arbre est enacier C45 avec ventilateurclaveté.Le grade de protection estIP23 (sur demande, il estpossible de réaliser ungrade de protection supé-rieure).Les isolant sont de classeH, et les bobinages sontimpregnées à resinesepoxy.La production en série estconforme à la norme VDE0875 degré “N” et auxconditions essentielles re-quises de sécurité impo-sées par la directiveeuropéenne sur la compa-tibilité électromagnétique;la conformité à cettederniére est garantie parl’application des normeseuropéenne EN 50081-1et EN 50082-1.Sur demande, nous som-mes en mesure de fournirdes filtres pour des normesplus restrictives telles queVDE 0875 grade “K”, MIL461-462 D, etc..

Toutefois, ilsne présentent aucun dan-ger pour l’utilisateur sil’installation, l’utilisation, lesmanutentions suivent lesinstructions fournies parMecc Alte et à conditionque les dispositifs deprotection soient tenus enparfait état de marche.

Pour cette raison, il faut seconformer scrupuleuse-ment aux instructions indi-quées dans ce manuel.

A la livraison de l’alter-nateur, contrôler avec lebon de livraison qu’il n’y aaucun dommage ou depiéces manquantes; sic’est le cas, informer im-médiatement l’expéditeur,l’assureur, le revendeur ouMecc Alte.

MACHINEDESCRIPTIONMR2 Series alternatorsare singles phase brush-less units. These units donot require maintenancesince they do not have sliprings nor slipping contacts.MR2 alternators aremade in compliance withthe 98/37, 73/23, 89/336directives and theiramendments and the EN60034-1, CEI2-3, IEC 34-1, VDE0530, BS4999-5000, N.F. 51.111, CAN/CSA-C22.2 N°14-95 -N°100-95 regulations.The end brackets arediecast in high resistancealluminum alloy, the shaftis in C45 steel and it has akeyed fan.The mechanical protectionlevel meets standard IP23(upon request higherlevels of protection can besupplied).The insulation is class Hand the windings areimpregnated with epoxyresins. Therefore a strict obser-vance of these instructionsis required.

When the alternator isdelivered, check that unitconforms with the deliverynote and ensure that thereare no damaged ordefective parts; shouldthere be any, pleaseinform the forwardingagent, the insurance com-pany the seller or MeccAlte immediately.

ACCOPPIAMENTOMECCANICO

Montare la flangia sul motorefissandola con le appositeviti M8 applicando unacoppia di serraggio di 21 ±7% Nm (fig.1).

Fissare il corpo macchinasulla flangia con le appositeviti M8 applicando unacoppia di serraggio pari a 21± 7% Nm (fig. 2).

Avvitare il tirante centralenella sua sede (fig. 3).

Bloccare il tirante centraleapplicando sul dado M8 unacoppia di serraggio pari a 21± 7% Nm; chiudere il forosulla cuffia con l’appositotappo (fig. 4).

ACOPLAMIENTOMECANICO

Montar la brida sobre el motorsujetàndola con sus tornillosM8 y aplicando un par detorque de 21±7% Nm (fig.1).

Fijar el cuerpo de la màquina ala brida con los tornillos M8 yaplicando un par de torque de21±7% Nm (fig. 2).

Introducir el tirante central ensu lugar (fig. 3).

Isujete el tirante central apli-cando en la tuerca M8 un parde torque de 21±7% Nm;cerrar el orificio de la tapa conel tapón respectivo (fig. 4).

Fixer le corps de la machineau flasque avec les vis M8 enappliquant un couple deserrage de 21 ± 7% Nm (fig.2).

Enfiler le tirante central dansson logement (fig. 3).

Bloquer la tige centrale enappliquant un couple deserrage de 21 ± 7% Nm etfermer le trou du couvercleavec le bouchon approprié (fig.4).

Secure the alternator to theflange with proper M8screws applying a tighte-ning torque of 21 ± 7% Nm(fig. 2).

Insert the central bolt into itshousing (fig. 3).

Lock the central bolt byapplying a tightening torqueof 21 ± 7% Nm; plug the holeon the terminal box lid withthe proper cap (fig. 4).

IMPORTANZA DELLAVELOCITA’La frequenza e la tensionedipendono direttamente dal-la velocità di rotazione; èperciò necessario che siamantenuta il più possibilecostante al suo valore nomi-nale con qualsiasi carico. Ilsistema di regolazione dellavelocità dei motori di trasci-namento presenta in gene-rale una leggera caduta divelocità tra vuoto e carico; èperciò raccomandabile re-golare la velocità a vuoto diun 3÷4% superiore allavelocità nominale, per ave-re a pieno carico il valorenominale.

Nel caso in cui il generatorenon si autoeccitasse, oc-correrà rieccitarlo appli-cando, per alcuni istanti, aicapi del condensatore unatensione alternata di circa50÷230V; nel caso di gene-ratore a due condensatoril’operazione puo’ essereeseguita indifferentementesu uno qualsiasi dei con-densatori.

Nota: Caso el generador nose autoexcite, deberá serreexcitado aplicando, poralgunos instantes, en losextremos del condensador,una tensión alternada deaproximadamente 50÷230V; en el caso de gene-rador a dos condensa-dores, la operación puedeser llevada a cabo indiferen-temente con cualquieruno de los condensadores.

Bitte beachten: im Falle dassder Generator sich nicht vonselbst auflaedt, so ist dieserfuer einige Augenblickedurch eine Wechselstrom-spannung von ca. 50÷230Van den Enden desKondensators wiederaufzu-laden; bei einem Generatormit zwei Kondensatoren,kann der Eingriff unter-schiedslos auf einem derbeliebigen Kondensatorendurchgefuehrt werden.

Note : Au cas où le généra-teur ne s’exciterait pasautomatiquement, il faudraitle réexciter en appliquantune tension alternée d’envi-ron 50÷230V pendant quel-ques instants aux extrémi-tés du condensateur; en casde générateur à deux con-densateurs, l’opération peutêtre effectuée indifférem-ment sur un des deux con-densateurs.
