USD 30,- per calendar day. Travel expenses, board and lodge, in a 2nd class hotel (European level) will be met entirely by the

customer as will local transport cost. GUARANTEE: We guarantee the material and machinery supplied for a duration of 6 months beginning from the start up of the machinery or in any case not more than 8 months from the consignment of said material and machinery. The guarantee is limited to the repair or substitution, in the shortest time possible, of those parts which resolve as damaged. No other obligation of compensation for direct or indirect damage will be accepted. Normal wear and tear of parts are excluded from this guarantee as is damage caused by improper use, negligence or the

omission of maintenance or for uses made of the machinery which have not been confirmed by ourselves in writing. The guarantee for those parts not manufactured by ourselves, is limited to the guarantee offered by the manufacturers specifically to ourselves. The length of guarantee refers to the conditions of the functioning of the machinery as specified in the contract. This guarantee is not valid should the client not comply with the payment conditions of the contract. Should any repairs require the intervention of our staff on site, all costs for such intervention will be met by yourselves and be charged al our normal conditions. The civil responsibility for any eventual damage caused by factors pertinent to the installation or the functioning of the machinery, is assumed by customer, also with regards to third parties, and relieve us of any responsibility whatsoever. TECHNICAL CONDITIONS: We reserve all right to make any modification we deem necessary and indispensable to improve the technical characteristic of the machinery during their final preparation and planning.
